walbro 450 600+hp on e85 whit relay i replaced it every year just to be on the safe size im also going all motor on my street car whit VP M5 race map whit a external FPR cant wait to see the numbers. been using walbro for years K.I.S.S.
So why is it called the hellcat is this what the hellcats come with for a pump in aftermarket translation? The reason I ask is I have a 16 hellcat challenger and as of now I dont need any crazy fuel pressure it's mostly stock on pump I just need a plug and play type kit that can be used for daily on pump and later on e85 and support 800 850hp just dont want this thing fucking up lines and other crap because its giving to much pressure. Also if I do this does it need a tune or will it except the old computer data and run fine after install. Pumps going out. Also if you have a pump that works was thinking the 525 but if you have reasons not to get it or if it needs special fittings please let me know.
I have the fore triple billet pumps for a 03-04 cobra and has 3 255 walbro pumps and I want to be able to run e85 with 1000 hp can I use 3 Walbro F90000267 to do that, its 3 6an lines into a single 8an line to the fuel rails
I have 01 Chevrolet truck 5.3 going to put the tbss intake and injectors with a bigger cam factory isn't holding up what do you think I need

@@maperformance So I know this may sound stupid, but I just get anxiety around stuff like this because it costs money.
I was moving my car parts for my upgrade into storage since I wont be upgrading for around 6 months, and I dropped my Walbro 255 fuel pump from about 2 meters high.
It was in a box but no padding etc, and I am scared I have damaged it. It looks fine but some research shows that dropping them can cause them to become inoperable.
Worried I am going to have to buy a new one.
Would be great to have a vid on how to plumb a double or tripple pump setup... also how to go about twin entry on fuel rails.

Great video! I currently have the 450 high pressure with a stm hard wire kit on my DSM. And made 480 hp. Currently trying to decide if I should upgrade to the 525 or just do a in line pump to compensate. Since I ran out of injector on the dyno the new 2150cc injectors will be going in. Pump gas car currently, might go e85 🤷🏽♂️

I am planning to forge the motor and drop a bigger turbo in later... So i thought of starting with some upgrades around the engine such as the feul pump, i am looking at the hellcat and want to know what will be the pros and cons if i install such a feul pump but motor is still stock...??? It doesn't causes shortage by E85??As if when you actually spliced the power and also spliced ground in an intake with regular butt connector. Am nervous as doing regular butt connector and planning on use E85.Didnt use heat shrink either. Kinda nervous !
When my car is at 3/4 of a tank full the car stutters in second and third when you do a full acceleration when you have a full fuel tank it runs great what do you think the issue could be?? I have a 450

Simple question: How on earth do you fit the supplied tube to the pump's barbed fitting? It's very, very tight and I'm afraid to break it... (walbro 450 kit for 335i)
Heat it up with a heat gun and gently start pulling. Same way when installing if you want to use the same tube.
Does the walbro 465 have a check valve built in?

255lph should be sufficient, mine e46 m3 using it and pretty happy with it so far.

Hey Leo, I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 no engine . Purchased a 427 self built ( don’t ask how much I’ve paid for it. It’s ridiculous ) short block Whipped LT. Anyway, I know you probably won’t get this message, but I’m looking for a fuel system for this truck. I can install two. Walboro 450, a Bean machine sump which I already have all the stuff for it. Flex fuel, methanol injection, Lingenfelter, Katech heads, Callies Magnum crank, Callies Compstar Rods. 1000hp+ daily driver. But anyway, how can you help me with fuel system like I said I have no intention on you replying to this, but I figured I’d write it anyway but I’m getting to that. I’m dropping my engine in right now..

Hello what reference for a mk7 gti please ? In 450l/h
If the wires on a walbro 255 are accidentally connected backwards, can the pump still effectively operate in reverse polarity. I plan on fixing this but I’m letting the fuel get low again to remove the pump also the car is fully built stock turbo 04 srt 4 . Currently on 4 lbs boost for break in period then going to 20 psi. Question of curiosity thanks
I wouldn’t think your car would start. At least that would be the case on the car I have.
@@freddiemendoza4188 thanks for your input. You are correct it wouldn’t start as the pump was flowing in the opposite direction. I took the wires at the connector on the car side and switched positive and negative to make the pump flow to the engine and it works . Was curious if this would affect the performance in any way. Sry it’s complicated to explain but thank you sir .

I’m looking at a turbo Scion tC turbo and the fuel pump is making a loud buzzing/ humming all the time. Is that normal??
BULLI KID on my Jetta it only humm’s when I turn the key & don’t fully start it for about 3 seconds makes the noise, the noise is the fuel pump priming up
This scion is non stop when idle and driving. Very loud and noticible

so anybody else been having failing 525s? i went through 2 in a year and i seen a few other posts saying theirs failed also
I've also heard of this with Walbros but not much information out there, apparently they have a run time of only 500hrs. So if you are running one in a daily them they don't look like a smart choice
