The next in a series of teaser trailers for Hurstwic's film, "The Final Battle of Grettir the Strong". Day-to-day survival for Grettir was a challenge. What was life like for Grettir and his contemporaries in the north of Iceland? In this excerpt from the film, Gúðný Zöega, a bioarchaeologist with Byggðasafn Skagfirðinga, tells us what the skeletal remains of people from Grettir's time and place tell us about health and life in saga-age Iceland.
