- A guided tour of the special exhibit on Viking-age iron smelting now on display at the National Museum of Iceland. The exhibit is based on Hurstwic's research in this field that altered the vision of history by demonstrating that long-held and widely-taught beliefs were faulty.

Glad this channel is back!
It has been a while. Great surprise!👍🤙
This was great! Thanks for the tour! I really like the language as well. Yet another thing to study lol.
Wonderful exhibit to teach everyone the real story of the Viking Age. I don't fly, waiting for my ship to come in and take me to Iceland...
This is so #$@&ing cool!!
I don't know why but in Dutch we call the bloom 'wolf'. Maybe because it comes out of a hole?
But maybe it has nothing to do with the animal. And comes from the same root as the verb 'welven', to bend.
Nice! The exhibit looks great! You also need to have a lot of Skyr (and Skyr +) to do something like this.
Hello from alaska usa
Just thinking about you guys this month
Wonderful video guys- I loved it. I'm envious that you got to do all that- I'd just love to smelt my own iron ;)
