The therapist just started slow clapping and the patient immediately cut it out sat up and started laughing saying "You have to admit I almost had you."

The patient in question stole from them and others, used drugs regularly, had been in dozens of violent confrontations.
But one of the hardest parts of Antisocial disorder is they are extremely manipulative as they don't see others even their parents as people just tools.
