    My habit that I want to break is spending lot of time on UA-cam. I considered removing the app but I do need for useful stuff like yours . May be I can set up a time limit on the time I spend . Thank you for useful tips !

      I also felt I needed to watch certain people on UA-cam. And even though some of it was useful, there is a limit to what one can learn from a video. It's always better to go out there and do something yourself. I would say, remove the app. Maybe try to remove it for 3 weeks to see what it does to your life.
      I also found useful when I commit to only watch videos I will take action on. So yes, I can watch a video but I need to implement something from it into my life - that helped a lot because sometimes, we get this good feeling just by watching people talk about productivity and self-development. But it doesn't really help our life. And it helped me distinguish between "wanting to watch" and "wanting to learn". Hope this helps :)!
