Im a pool guy and this had me laughing all the way. It took me a minute or two to realize it was a skit . But the things customers complain about are just this crazy some times. Would have been better if they both said they were engineers 🤣
Engineers are just all around legendary for being the worst customers in the trades... If you're going to tell me how to do it, and / or sit over my shoulder the entire time badgering me, then why didn't you just do it yourself???
Update! Toilet paper was dropped from a helicopter above his house but it landed in a tree. Bugs is still stuck on the toilet but rescuers are not giving up!
Once had a customer who tried to make me use they’re push mower instead of my 52” chopper. He said” I don’t want other peoples lawn trimmings mixed with his. I laughed and told him I’ll be back another time…

The customers asking about the forms being lowered and moved lower is spot on. I deal with this from time to time as I'm sure you do too. And it always seems to happen when you try to give someone a good deal.
