I really get into the videos I watch. Most episodes make me want to be a concrete man but this one just stressed me out and raised my BP. Watching this show makes me realize just how good of an employee I am or was. I’m a small business owner now but when I worked for others I was almost never late and I never laid out! My business requires me to be on-call 24/7/365 so I only take a vacation about every 6-8 years.

When he hit that tree that reminded me of my job. I was helping my coworker back into a driveway, and I was literally screaming to stop but he kept going and left a 6 inch gouge on the side of a brand new white bmw. Needless to say he was gone within a month.
All i have to say is poor guy!! I am truely sorry all of that happen to you!! You’re too good of a guy that i can’t believe people/employee’s do that too you.. If i worked for you i i can swear that i would do my honest best to impress you cause not every boss is nice as you are.. I would honestly make it 120% to be on time and do whatever it took to make you and your buisness flow efficiently!!
We've all been there brother, we've all been there. I run a formwork company in downunder Australia where everyone loves to drink all day and chill in the sun, weekends AND weekdays. So believe me when I tell you.....We've all been there!🤣

You for real weren't joking about that Chicago traffic, I moved 2-300 feet in 2 hours one time because I misjudged the time I'd get there and got there right at about 5 pm lol.
How love how when ppl have bad days including me all the time that one little miniscule thing can really set you off like out of your favorite coffee or the store had 100s and not shorts, there polar pop machine is down and not working, or they have bbq instead of honey bbq chips.
