I've been doing this one daily for just three weeks and my arms have toned so much it's untrue, even the bingo wings have tightened. A bonus to the boobs lifting 🙌 Thank you Lucy 💖
Well I'm fairly curvy up top. In the three weeks I've been doing these moves I can see they have lifted and toned but I don't know yet if the size has reduced, perhaps too early to say?@@MaryamQasmi-c3h

After that I will be adding this into my upper body regimen every week it really helped me stretch out that area which I am typically tight in❤️you are amazing 👏👏👏🌹now my request is a love handle targeting 5 min👍🏻❤️
My neck gets stiff after I do this one and the arm workout. I love them though. I've been doing these since Feb 7 consistently but change up the 5 min workouts I do every day.

Hi lucy I was wondering how long does it take to see the bust lift? I have bigger bust and I wanna lift them a bit because I don’t like how they’re dropping low.
As a 55yo woman with a 36 H (as in HELP ME) bra i am greatful my mother lied to me by saying "if you wear a bra 24/7 and ONLY take it off to bathe it will keep your boobs from getting bigger. It did NOT but they do NOT sag as bad as most others my age. Will these exersise REALLY lift my breast if only a little?? Or are my breasts just TOO big and TOO old to do anything about??? Inquiring minds want to know!! Haha😂
No, this is basically a light chest workout. It strengthens your chest muscles and they would be able to support your breasts slightly more and if they are on the relatively smaller side, it would even give you a slight lift. It won't make the size bigger
Awesome moves, but extremely hard on the arms and shoulders to transition so quickly! Might I suggest a 5 second shoulder roll or shake out between moves? Or at least a pause? I'm not a beginner to your workouts and my arms are jelly after one time. Thank you for all you do!
