I am Cajun and agree 100% with you. The Original is my favorite. I believe the Original has MSG and the Fire does not which might explain it. Real Cajun cooking is more about flavor from spices not heat.

I love Cajun food, and this seasoning is legit for sure. Cheers and thanks for watching.

Walmart should have it. It's great on seafood. Probably chicken too.

Hey I used this seasoning on wings tonight and they turned out great. Thanks again for the recommendation.

Hmmm, that looks mighty tasty, probably with some french bread and a little garlic dip? The second step of the "two step" rub must have escaped me somehow 🙂

StaleKracker usually makes crawfish boils, so I'm not sure if that might have a two step process?? Cheers!

The original is one of the best Cajun rubs I’ve ever tried.

Great to see you put something up again. How much longer before you two head back to the city? Those shrimp looked great. I love Cajun seasonings. Occasionally I'll use just some Cajun seasonings as a rub on my baby back ribs lightly. Hmmm. Have a great day. 🌞

Victor! We've been going back and forth to the cottage all summer. I've got another video shot, just needs editing. And some other new vids on the way as well. I love Cajun shrimp, and this stuff is the bomb. I will definitely try it on baby back ribs. Thanks for the idea.

@@GallaghersGrub FYI, go light on the Cajun seasonings on the ribs. The pork already tastes great. A little Cajun seasonings help to bring out the best of the pork flavor. I'll occasionally put a little on my breakfast eggs also. Yummm.

I've got my Master Touch on the side of the house. The classic Weber 1000 and Q2200 are in the back of the house. The Go Anywhere is stored in the shed. I sold two Q1200s. I gave a Q1200 to my uncle. I just gave my last Q1200 to my son for his new apartment. I also had a Weber Spirit briefly, but sold that to get the Napoleon.
