1. Voodoo 2. Two Step Fire AND Slap ya Mama 3. Tony’s I was completely surprised by how good Slap ya mama was. It had this natural sweetness to it that was so different. Voodoo is definitely more mild but such a well balanced rub.

So Ive used Tony Cs for a long time then for a while i used 2 step hot which is definitely better than Tony Cs imo but I bought Slap Ya Mama hot yesterday and my god it overthrew every one of my favorite cajun/creole/blackened seasonings. My god was it amazing and hot as hell 10/10 recommend it to anyone who loves hot new orleans seasonings
None of that msg and garbage in the slap ya mama. My go-to. I I want to modify the flavor, I'll add some Cavenders, which has all that crap in it. I can also add some Steen's for the sweetness.

Try some old bay on them shrimp next time. Hell grill or steam them for the best outcome. It's also good on chicken. We will mix it in the flour dredge when we fry. Or just hit some wings with the old bay rub, and then toss in the old bay hot sauce once grilled up. You'll love it!

Tony has no salt option, which I use daily because I love salt too much and I don't miss it at all when I use it and it taste amazing and you are almost always guaranteed to sneeze when using it. Lol 😂😂😂

I use holy voodoo in all my jalapeño cheddar sausage all the time. 2step just Cajun cooking. Tony’s is just too much salt fer my taste. Slap is at the bottom for me. I’ll have to try voodoo on sum more stuff
Give heaven made seasonings a try. I love all the spicy ones (Cajun, blazin, and flamin) but first and foremost try the regular it's incredible. You won't be disappointed.

Ingredients in the Cajun seasoning hot blend the red bottle that says hot includes the following ingredients salt red pepper black pepper and garlic that's it. What hot about any of these ingredients? Help me understand.

Went out the other day and went to Walmart and got the Cajun 2 step and the Fire. I was very disappointed to see that the 2. step has MSG in it. I cooked some chili with it today and it gave me a door slammer headache which MSG is famous for. People have we not learned yet that MSG is not good for you. Geez. So for my money Tony's Spice N' Herbs is my go and has been for more than 20 years or so now.

Cajun seasoning is just a seasoned salt with extra cayenne pepper. He’s using it like a rub. You are supposed to use it the way you use salt.

The problem with most seasonings, is the use of too much salt. We know salt brings out flavor, but can cause the season's flavors to be lost!
