INGREDIENTS FOR MUTTON STEW
750 grams Mutton/lamb
4 onions, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
5 - 6 green chillies
1-inch ginger
4 - 5 garlic flakes
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 cup green peas
few french beans (optional)
Whole spices - cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and pepper
Garam Masala Powder (1-inch cinnamon, 3 - 4 cardamom, 4 - 5 cloves ground into a fine powder)
1 tbsp flour/sooji for thickening the stew.
Oil/ghee for cooking
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
