500 gms Mutton with bones
Salt
1/2 Turmeric powder boiling + 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder cooking
1 & 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 Cloves
5 Peppercorns
1 inch Cinnamon stick
Cooking Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 inch Ginger grated
6 Big Garlic cloves finely grated
8 Green Chillies slit
4 Medium Onion finely chopped
1 Chicken Maggi cube
2 cups of Mixed Vegetables (Carrots and French Beans slit, Potato medium cubes and Green Peas)
2 tbsp Vinegar
3 tbsp Chopped coriander
1 tbsp Semolina (Rava)

All is right, but u dont add vinger in stew curry. Even I m east Indian. Only in vindaloo, Sarpotle we use vinger, use lime juice. Thnx for the video.

Thanks for your feedback..but every East Indian households have variations..this is my mom in laws recipe and the vinegar is added as a preservative to make it last longer..some people do use lemon as rightly said..depends from house to house I guess 😊
