@partsdoc John the Baptist baptized in the flesh, Jesus Christ baptized in the spirit; baptism with the Holy Ghost, and is the comforter. You don't need to be baptized in water to be free (it does help though) but to be baptized in the spirit with everlasting water by accepting Jesus Christ and admitting you're a sinner...that's the greatest baptism ever bestowed on men...to have your God come and die for you...glory to God, he is mighty to save.
God bless you all and know that he loves you.

    Difficult to fathom
    Although people are born again
We still have freewill to do our
    Own thing
Using own judgement enables us to make decisions in everyday life
He leads us in the paths of
    Righteousness for his names sake!

I say this with love and come in peace, but i don't think we have free will. Rather, our will is bound to and dictated by a desire. Whilst we still lived in sin, our wills were dictated by the flesh and its desire for sin, whilst we live for God and desire to be like Christ, that desire comes from the Holy Spirit that God has so graciously given us. I pray that you understand and receive this, and may the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ be with you all.

@@JESUSCHRISTISLORD432 We are a slave to that which we serve, yet in some essence we have the choice as to default into being subservient to sin and death. For many are called, but few are chosen, and as it states in Hebrews 6, "For it is impossible for those who were in enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame." …
While to be honest I still don't quite understand this fully in context of John 3 (you must be born again) and 1 John 2 (They departed from us for they were never of us, for if they were, they would have remained, but their going makes manifest that they never were of us), I do get the sense that there is such a case that the creeping nature of the flesh, and the ability of deception to snake itself in and introduce doubt into the mind of those who have had the seed given to them gives us the choice of submission. Like it says in James, Submit to God, Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. All of our ability to submit to God comes from God revealing Himself to us, and yet if we are called, but do not heed to that calling to us, instead placing the desires of the world or the flesh above or beside God, we can have our hearts hardened (Pharaoh), we can become hated, and so lose the chastening of God to keep us on the path of righteousness (For Jacob I loved (and Jacob was constantly chastened) but Esau I hated (Esau was left to his own will)), and we can ultimately be plucked out as chaff among the wheat.
This isn't something I understand fully, and I'll need to pray immensely about it, but we do have the choice between two masters, God, or rebellion and sin. God can deliver us from the sin of rebellion of course, yet we also bear the need to submit our entire selves, presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is our reasonable service. (Romans 12). We are called to this daily, and in this our drawing close to God with daily sacrifice, God Himself will draw close to us (James 4)
Not sure if this answers anything, or just fuels some discussion, but to me it would seem that we have the opportunity to submit to chastening, or to flee from it. In the end, whether we are committing actions in line with Gods good will, or actions and intentions of sin, God will use either for His good purposes, and will raise up elect as He so needs in the due time that he needs it. I always have loved the book of Esther, and it has always lit a fire under me when I'm caught in complacency or drifting back into any element of sin. "For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance WILL arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:14). Stunning. And here, Esther holds the choice, but God will raise up people whom will heed as He so needs. I do believe then that we have choice, maybe not free will in that we are constrained to which master we choose to submit to, and in so are not "free", but slaves to either sin or to righteousness!

      Psalm 32:5
I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I did not hide, I said, I will confess my transgressions to the Lord, and you forgave the guilt of my sin.
I have been there and the guilt of sin is heavy, very heavy. It feels inescapable. But I cried out, I bawled, I plead to God, I paced around in agony and did not hide my sin I confessed it to my Creator and He took away the guilt of my sin. He did, in an instant because He is merciful and He is willing to forgive if we run to Him.
Run to Him! I will pray for you!

However, if he was actually turned over to a reprobate mind by God, it is too late for salvation per Romans 1:16+.

How? answer is this, which I believe explains the trinity which others have made sound complicated or mysterious: when you are born again, you receive a new spirit that is of the nature of God, it is with Him and not in stark contrast of remaining rebellious because Christ stands in the gap (sin). The Will of God is obvious. Does not the sxriptures say; John 6:39 This is the Will of the Father who sent Me, THAT OF ALL HE HAS GIVEN ME I SHOULD LOSE NOTHING, BUT SHOULD RAISE IT UP AT THE *LAST DAY*. **AND** this is the Will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have EVERLASTING LIFE; AND I WILL RAISE HIM UP AT THE LAST DAY. This is the Will of God. Does not the sxriptures say Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. FOR WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT WE SHOULD PRAY FOR AS WE OUGHT, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the WILL OF GOD. What is His purpose? For whom He foreknew, He also predestined TO BE CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, that he might be the firstborn among many. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. That is the resurrection! That is the will of God! The Holy Spirit helps us in our weaknesses as to say overcome against temptation. Fear God with a righteous fear and love Him.

Paul Washer contradicts God's apostles. He said that it is impossible to stop sinning while in this life.
I think the biggest lie in the Christian churches is the teaching that there is no escape from the flesh nature while in the body.
In truth, The flesh has no power over those who have truly been Born Again. The struggle is when people try to conquer their sin by their own power, because they have not received the Holy Spirit:
    Scripture says: Collosians 2:11
"and in Him (Jesus) you were also circumcised with a circumcision performed without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ,"
    Romans 8:9-11
"But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you."
    1 John 3
"Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.
Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God. This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister."
Paul Washer has clearly contradicted the Apostle John and has undermined God's word that was given to John.
When the Apostle Paul spoke about his struggles with sin, he was speaking about his past before he received the Holy Spirit, because he also said:
    1 Corinthians 15:34 :
"Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God-I say this to your shame."
Paul also said, "Those who are in the flesh cannot please God." Romans 8;1-8
When Jesus said, "The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak." He had not sent the Holy Spirit yet.
    Jesus told the Pharisees,
"You will die in your sins."
For anyone who dies in their flesh, they are guaranteed to end up in Hell.
Paul said: “For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.” Romans 8:13. Paul was NOT a sinner.
God's grace does not allow us to go on sinning. God's grace changes us. God's grace does not free us to sin. It frees us from sin. Decieved Christians have a false sense of security believing that they can sin until the day they die and still go to heaven, but they don't have faith in the power of the Holy Spirit to free them from sin.
There is no doubt, countless Christians who have embraced false doctrine have ended up in Hell. One reason is because of their unbelief. Preachers like Paul Washer instill unbelief in their followers by contradicting God's word and telling them it is impossible to stop sinning.
To deny the power of the Holy Spirit to deliver us from sin so that we can live a righteous life is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
The Apostle Paul said, "Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord."
    Hebrews 12:14
If you feel more comfortable with Paul Washer's teachings than you do with God's prophets and apostles you need to ask yourself where you really are spiritually.

Many people(myself included) do works that we think are good, without taking the time to consider if it's by the Holy Spirits guiding. For example sometimes I'll take the time to write a response on a christian forum, and doing that satisfies me and I feel like I did something 'good' today. But I'm using my own logic to persuade someone, does it even actually help that person? It could be what the Holy Spirit wants or it could not be. I should be more concerned about what God really wants rather way more than what I think is good.
I don't think much about it because I'm not concerned enough about being like Jesus-who, being God, still spent so much time in prayer to obey Him. This is why he said in the video that you can tell more about a person's spiritual walk by the amount of time he spends praying rather than the amount of time they spend preaching. The focus should be about the inward, instead of the outward deeds.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’" (Matthew 7:21-23)

This is evil. He denies your divinity. Lucifers job. Yes? Lies pretending to be truth. Hate pretending to be love. Completely Lucifer-an ! Having you deny God within you. God never sakes for Surrender. Only Lucifer sakes for surrender.

Well you have a choice and will. Try it and let us know the outcome. After a lifetime of in vain trial you will come back saying I wish I could have listened and practice what I have heard.
