Every time I listen to Dr. Stanley's message I'm crying. Very impactful. I pray the Lord convicts me and shows me areas in my life that are not righteous. I'm so imperfect, but with Jesus I am enough.

I was in depression and was afraid to leave my home. Real bad anxiety started watching Dr. Stanely and he helped me so much. Someday I want to meet him in person and thank him. There isn't a Sunday that I don't watch him and at lunch time put him on my phone. Cried many times. He changed my life so much. I want to give him a big hug. Maybe someday. I love him so much.

Stanley has recently passed away his son Andy is also a pastor but I would not recommend Andy as he teaches against the Lord for instance he teaches it's okay to be gay when the Lord commands it is not okay

I can remember when I was in prison and use to go in the day room on sunday just watch tv and it wasnt by design i some how end up listening to his expiring message it really help me behind the wall he is truly God sent has messages always leave a mental scar in my life. This message came just in time. I just happened to look down and seen the notification after asking God to guard my heart from the pain of wrong relationships. God doesn’t want you to endure pain that he is protecting you from. He loves you, he wouldn’t have died on the cross for you if you weren’t important to HIM

I love listening & watching Charles Stanley. He's all about the truth. I've listened to other pastors that they have too yell or it seems like it's about the money. He doesn't talk about tithing to his church or his books. He's calm speaking. Thank you Charles Stanley. We all should listen to him. I needed this message. Thank You. Amen

Dr Stanley’s words touch my heart and give me hope. I’m in a situation I thought was God’s will, thought the people were sent from God, but they were from Satan . I’ve cried out to Father to help me, I’ve asked forgiveness. I was stupid and let these people fraud me of my home. I’ve lived here 35 yrs. they promised many things, they loved me so much. But not so much after they got my home for 1/3 of its value.
They didn’t love me anymore, after they got my home, treated me so badly, but My grandchildren are helping me to fight back. Lawyer said everything they have done is illegal, but I’ve used all my savings, I told my kids I wasn’t sure I’ll live through this, but after this morning, I realize, this old ship will sail again, God is working on my behalf, cleaning up my mess, I just need to be patient. Praise be to God and Dr Stanley, whom I’ve loved for so many years

I've been listening to dr Stanley since I emmigrated to Australia.... more than 7 years now. It is hard to do it at the age of 60. Since then he became my daily "friend" with encouragement, guidance and overcome loneliness many a day. But my sincere thank fulness is drawing me nearer to Jesus. It is important to look upon the Lord. He is who we look to. Naturally there are good people behind the pulpit; great messages from Charles Stanley which I listen to. He will surely be missed, yet his messages remain and what he would be say: keep walking, running in Him. I am on the other side of the world, but continue to listen to his messages. One thing among others to be learned, is keeping our hearts and hope on the Lord, He is the one that will guide us into all understanding of his Word. Keep on keeping on in His Word, Jesus is our Rock.
What a great teacher and man of God we lost. I learned English and discipled by his tapes before and after my salvation. For 25 years I keep coming to his sermons. God willing see you in the kingdom of God.

Pastor Stanley, there've been many times over my life that I've been homebound and unable to attend my church. In those times, you've been a consistent, Godly way for me to have fellowship with the Lord. I fear the younger generation will not have that. Fear of the Lord leads to life. Not just the beating of the heart. To real life. The true life. And I think about people, who are trying to live out their lives, looking for happiness, looking for peace, looking for joy, looking for this, looking for that, and the truth is, the source that they are looking for, is the very person they keep shoving away. "The Fear Of God." Now when you hear that, you ask yourself the question, well am I to be afraid of God? Or does it mean something else, and when it's used in the scripture, naturally we are to be afraid of God, If we are living in sin. He's our Holy God, a righteous God, now whether you are afraid of God, depends on how you are living. If you are living in sin you have a right to be absolutely afraid of God. He says (the soul that sinneth, It shall die), (the wages of sin is death). (It is appointed on to man once to die, and after this, the judgment). If you're living in sin, you have a right to be afraid of a (Holy God). (The one true God). (Jehovah Yahweh Elohim). His Son Jesus Christ the Lord. (Deuteronomy 13:4. Says you shall follow the Lord your God, and fear Him, and you should keep His commandments, listen to His voice, serve Him, and cling to Him), (that is His command). What do I mean by fearing God. It means simply this, to reverence Him, to honor Him, to exalt Him, to lift Him up, to hold Him in high regard, to worship Him, and to hold Him In high esteem, to obey Him, to acknowledge Him His worthiness, (to honoring His position as creator and judge of all mankind). When you know Jesus Christ as your Savior, that's what it means to fear the living God. No fear of God means, In their understanding as they view life, and as they view the world, no fear in God, no honoring God, In fact, God is a problem to them, because he gets in their way, Holy God does not tolerate sin, Holy God is not going to make you living in sin feel comfortable, or really enjoy yourself. For the moment you may have some brief moments of happiness and joy, but very brief, because Holy God hates sin, He doesn't hate the sinner, but He hates sin, He hates sin because of what sin does to His children, many may think, sin is having a good time, (God sees sin as a detriment to His will, purpose, and plan for your life), and this is why we all should understand what it means to fear the living God, because one day, every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess, that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God. People who are living in sin think, why do I want God in my life? To keep you from dying and being eternally separated from God, and never being able to become the person God wanted you to be, and because you're going to miss Heaven. You don't Fear God, you are going to miss Heaven, you don't fear God and you die in that state ( your going to hell). I don't mean to be critical, but when you turn your back on God, your turning your back on your only hope, the one who loves you, cares for you, and wants the best for you. But He will not make you follow Him, not make you love Him, not make you obey Him, the fear of God is a Holy thought, no matter what people may believe, they cannot avoid the judgment of Holy God, who loves you, but is willing to give us enough free will, if you choose not to love Him, if you choose to die without Him, will let you have what you want, against His loving will. (The only perfect person died on the cross, rose again, seated at the father's right hand, to make intercession for you and me), God is Holy. Therefore we are to fear Him, why should we fear God? Because He commands it, and secondly because the Scripture says, (It's the beginning of knowledge). (Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge), there's a lot of people who think they are smart, they could have 25 degrees in 25 different subjects, they could be an authority above all other authorities, they may be knowledgeable about many things. If they do not fear God (they are missing out, about the most important thing in life), and that is a (personal relationship to Holy God). God says, it's the beginning of knowledge, true genuine knowledge. They may know some facts about many things, but what life's all about is learning who God is. It's the beginning of knowledge.

@@jessecagle3116 The first 4 commandments show your love for God, the last 6 show your love for your neighbor, the new covenant is the law written on the heart. Jesus died to pay the price of our lawlessness and to grant us eternal life in His kingdom where there is no sin. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus but that doesn't mean we have no obligation to obey His eternal law, we will be keeping it if we truly love and know Him. *John 2:3-6* "Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked."
