I live just outside Millau and seeing you ride around my local roads whilst i'm in quarantine is both heart warming and heart breaking. Keep up the amazing content!
Riding on the Streets with a Track Fairing, no Lights and no Mirrors. In Germany you would be fu**** by the Police in 5 Minutes. And then just imagine the fine in Switzerland.
I suspect the bike is ona daytime / summertime MOT. He would get away with going through Germany as teh bike is technically road legal. He would be super fucked in Switzerland though. They would impound the bike.
You are incredibly entertaining, both as individuals and as a team. I feel fortunate to have found this channel at all. Keep up the great work boys. Stay safe. Stay sane.
Yeeeeeeessss boys! Had to drop all the important stuff I was doing (sitting, doing a puzzle, wanking, looking out the window, contemplating life, thinking about wanking) in isolation to immediately watch this! Great start for the R1, that gixxer has to end up on the floor at some point right? Either the clutch lever snaps and falls to the floor or Chris gets fed up with holding it and gives up 😂 top work lads 👍🏻
It just has to be on purpose, for comedy value. I mean, the money and time that went intomthis Suzuki ... there is no way that a side stand and a light were acually unattainable. Oh well, good enough reasons for me. 🤣
Been waiting for the series. You guys have a great feel for balance between being serious and not taking it too seriously. Look forward to the rest of the vids for the trip.
Great content as always guys, worth waiting for, couldn’t believe it when I saw Al’s number plate, I used to own that bike! She never gave me any problems at all! Part exchanged her back in April 2013, she was blue back then!
@@Nightcrawler666 It sure did! I had to pause the video and get the old plate from the shed to check!! Seems she had a hard life after leaving my possession
Just watched Imola WSBK 02 and now this, just gotta go for a scratch and everything will be fine Good work gents! Keeping us sane in these bikeless times.
Great to see Millau again, camped there last year en route to the Bol d'Or. Good luck with the speeding tickets, which will be arriving in the next few months. The french are pretty hot on that, but the tickets take a while to come!
I absolutely obliterated my Ducati yesterday by stacking it on a back road. I've been feeling rotten all day until I saw this. Thanks lads! Your the best.
Agree with Chris, applying a bit of roadcraft is good. Make the most of those turns by staying in your lane instead of trying to straighten them all out, even though it is perfectly allowed to use the oncoming lane. It's just more fun to lean the bike more!
This stuff is fantastic. As an avid rider and overall motorcycle fiend, this is vastly entertaining. Plus as an American, I get to see lots of the worlds great roads and sights
Love it, ''the sun beating off our helmets'', thank G they managed to get BBB on the road before the you know what. At 21:01 the road sign says 'Prats' straight on..........we wouldn't want it any other way.
About F'in time boys, looking forward to this for some time now and it hasn't disappointed one bit!! Bit of drama on day 1 can only make it more tantalising. Better than Netflix any day. Keep up the great work!
Love you guys and your content, though I missed the set off banter, riding to Chunnel etc. but nether less gives me something to smile about whilst all Iso'd up!
I've waited my entire life to see this series... Close to it, but it was worth the wait. Al per usual with his little issues and Chris showing up to save the day with Yamaha branded tissues! I honestly feel that Suzuki is the Harley Davidson of old Japanese bikes because people love them and they do great, when they're not crapping out. (Currently, they're India built bikes.)
Bloody hell, we were on that french road last year, it was so good! If I knew you were coming so close to my town I would’ve loved too meet you again guys! Ready for the next episode!
Love it, been a long time in the waiting and well worth it, can't wait to see Al inevitably come within inches of death on the track due to those brakes 😂
I'm with Chris on the whole D-ream/Blair connection!! I can't hear that song without seeing that Badgers gonad sacks grinning face in my head. Yeuuucchhh!!! 🤮 Great Vid chaps.. It had to be Fagan to fail first, it wouldn't be a proper BBB. 😂
I go exactly where you crossed from France to Spain every year in middle March with my bike for 2 weeks of riding. I stop for a sleep in my campervan at Millau parking and then I take that D115 and spend a few days wild camping in villages along the road. I actually stopped for a break once in the same parking spot you were fixing your bike. This year I had another trip planned there, 3 weeks, had to call it off for the freaking virus. you were lucky guys you managed to go there in February before it all exploded there. Looking forward to next episodes!
Love your European tours/escapades guys. Reminds me of the joys of tearing up the Pyrenees roads in late summers😍 Keeps me going through the shitty winter months. Look forward to watching more of your adventures. Cheers guys👌
Superb - just in the nick of time to give me 35 minutes of sanity, love it! keep it coming, what about when all this madness ends a "44teeth tour to beni" on the bikes for everybody?
Thank god something worth watching even if half the trip was done in a van? Yeap there are some great roads around Millau espacially the original road before the bridge was built! Stay safe guys
i love your whole series on budget bikes its so great to watch and really informative. I have an idea for the next budget bike series...hyperbikes?? The most famous and iconic motorbike of all time is the one and only Suzuki Hayabusa and the next best thing that beat the top speed of the Busa ..zx14 or the ZZR14. Chris could find a 2006-2008 first series Kawasaki as he likes these bikes and Fagan could find a 2nd generation, Busa. The views would go through the roof with these to bikes and you could settle the score once and for all which overall after a 3-4 day test is the best bike
Another absolutely brilliant video guys. You have been a massive inspiration for me to start my own little old channel on UA-cam. Cheers. Look forward to the next episode
That problem with the seizing brakes happened to me once, it turned out it was the return hole in the master cylinder which was clogged so when the brake fluid heated up it caused it to seize.
So glad to see David Walliams and Matt Lucas found work after Little Britain ended.
😂😂😂 Spot on!
Yeah, but no but yeah but no but...
"who made these....?"
gold
HAHAHA, perfect
44 Teeth give us some happiness during these difficult moments. Cheers guys and Thanks for this wonderful video. Jizzy jizzy bang bang from Belgium 😅😀
I live just outside Millau and seeing you ride around my local roads whilst i'm in quarantine is both heart warming and heart breaking. Keep up the amazing content!
Sam Jones shouldn't they be at home?
@@wellyftw This was filmed a few months ago
welly ftw he literally says “isn’t it amazing being able to ride super bikes in February”
"Comment t'appelles-tu ?"
"Oui, chèque de voyage".
...
Translation:
"What's your name"
"Yes, traveller's cheque"
Priceless.
Honestly guys you are the perfect example of how motorcycling happiness looks like.
These 2 lads are the textbook example of what motorcycling is about. Just friends goofing off on their stallions.
I just became a member, this content is so good I felt bad getting it for free.
THANK YOU! :)
Buy stickers!
Going touring without a stand (or headlights!) is a special kind of masochism. Looking forward to the rest of the series...
I’ve never clicked so quick in my whole life
That's because none of us can do much 😂
Yeah same I mean we’re all stuck at home bored af 😂😂
literally jumped off the couch when i got the alert!!!! Why didnt they start in the UK??
lol me too
Countdown till the gixxers lever snaps starts.. NOW ! 😂
How come you didn’t go through Switzerland, I hear they have some fantastic biking roads over there too. 😜
Ah finally been looking forward to this series for months. Team R1
Riding around on machines that cost two and half grand, cough, cough, cough, cough.
😂😂😂😂😂
it is true, 2,5 ... +options :) sounds very BMW-ish
😂 Makes for more and better content though I think.
If Al had to pay for labor he'd a spent between £10-20 grand.
@@franklinwilkerson2061 Bit more than that
You might wanna get that cough looked at. ;)
Oh, that glorious bickering between these two.....music to my ears!
Finally, now I can actually enjoy isolation for the next 35 mins, woop woop
it was over far too soon. They just need to do a live 24hr stream of them doing literally anything and it would be entertaining.
“It’s been awhile since I’ve written without aids”. 2020, Baron von grumble.
Today reading the news two bikes were clocked at 251km/h in a 90 zone in France,a Yamaha r1 and a gsxr 1000 ,was it you guys??
Riding on the Streets with a Track Fairing, no Lights and no Mirrors. In Germany you would be fu**** by the Police in 5 Minutes.
And then just imagine the fine in Switzerland.
You'll never see the bike in Italy on top of a massive fine
And not even a kickstand if I'm not mistaken. These dudes are bonkers.
Legal here in the UK, but will still draw unwanted attention from police if they want to be awkward.
I suspect the bike is ona daytime / summertime MOT. He would get away with going through Germany as teh bike is technically road legal. He would be super fucked in Switzerland though. They would impound the bike.
@@AdamKyleAnderson I think Switzerland is on their shit list after the last BBB...
Doris did get a bit defensive at the beginning didn’t he 😂

Exactly. Ms. Perkins don't be a b#$&*.
@Franku Doge a pair of boobs... Of course we can do two things at once!
Hahaha fairplay your comment almost made me drop my fruit corner yogurt. Yea I'm livin on the edge here too.
No side stand and no lights?! What were you thinking Alistair?
Andy Schofield that was to be my comment also, madness 😆
Ditto.
Statham THINKING?! I have a feeling he's gonna have more' issues', Nige. 😀
It just has to be on purpose, for comedy value. I mean, the money and time that went intomthis Suzuki ... there is no way that a side stand and a light were acually unattainable. Oh well, good enough reasons for me. 🤣
Weight reduction 🤷🏽♂️
Been waiting for the series. You guys have a great feel for balance between being serious and not taking it too seriously. Look forward to the rest of the vids for the trip.
That made my day, plus the fact that Stathams DRL was flashing SOS, which just about sums up the K6.....looking fwd to the next instalment 👍
24:54 was very well handled.
Tom Evans what happened there?
Also the epicenter of bridge BASE jumping 0:24 :)
Dear God I've never needed this more!
Thanks for the quality quarantine content lads.
"took a day to get here", more like 6 months, mate :-)
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! 👍
“Dem views innit” Boy did I need this video. Thanks lads. Another great one 👍🏼
Entered the competition and I’m worried I could win the k6 😢😢😂😂
Great vid lads good to have the budget bike battle back
Great Bike, just not this particularly abused one.
When I die from corona I'm leaving all my worldly possessions to these boys... Im sure they would have a use for an ambulance campervan. 😌👌
Winstan if you’ve got a side stand it’ll probably be much appreciated :)
Ooh that's cool! Would love to see a video on how you did the conversion

God this was good, reminds me of Baron Von Grumbles old videos touring across Europe, the banter is A+
is it weird if you watch this in your helmet, while on lockdown?
asking for a friend.
Err, my friend says not at all.
At first I thought... Yes... Now I'm getting my lid to find out. 🤔
It’s weird if you could be riding, but are choosing not to due to “lockdown”
