Ducati Hypermotard 950 RVE Exhaust Sound - Arrow Full System

- A quick walk around of my 2021 Hypermotard RVE. Only 150 were made of this model and only 11 came to Australia.
This one has been fitted with a full titanium Arrow Racing exhaust system and it still has the baffles in. I’m still working on a mount to allow the side panels to be refitted to the bike, as they used to mount to a bracket fitted to standard mufflers. Also on this bike are a set of Ducabike rear sets fitted in reverse shift pattern. It has the factory quick shifter already on it.
If you have never ridden a hyper, you should try one. It certainly is a riding experience different to nearly all other styles of bike. You are perched high on top, like a motor cross bike, but with arm wrenching torque from the VTwin. Instead of lower tucked arms, you really have a high elbow placement when transitive to side. This 950 engine(937cc) has loads of go, making it a ludicrously fun motorbike to ride.
The standard Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres are more than adequate for spirited street and canyon riding. But these will be coming off mine very soon and Supercorsa will be fitted as I’m off to a track day at Phillip Island on this later in the year.
This is definitely one bike that's perfectly designed, it's multidimensional if you think of it ! Definitely a collectible!

Thanks for the interaction mate. Yeah the 950 is a hoot to ride. The feeling of sitting on a “motorcross” bike with so much power is hilarious. All the 701 variants are cool as too, enjoy.

@@Andy-gw7hd fir pure fun factor, simplicity and cheap crash ability the 701 is the best but the Hypermotard is more comfortable, more powerful and more prestigious and expensive but I wouldn’t want to drop one. It’s a tough call and I’m stuck too😉
@@willgarrod9907 yea that’s another thing I’m thinking about is if it is dropped how the frame holds up I love dirt bikes the freedom it gives me more then other bike cus running from cops is so easy but I want somthing I can go fast on high way to work but still can take short cut in light off road tnat can take a small fall/drop and the 950 looks like a dirt bike but like for grown people that can show off a pretty penny lol
Where did you find full titanium exhaust system for Hyper? Because only thing i can find from Arrow is silencers and de-cat.
I had a contact that uses arrow on their race team. He arranged direct from arrow for me.

i see that is a RVE but what is diffrent from standard,RVE,SP modells ??
The RVE was a limited run based on a concept bike that had graffiti on it. It has same suspension as the standard but has the SP quick shifter.
Stock map? Or do you have upmap?
Stock at the minute. Once 1000k’s is done, you can unlock the ecu and modify the parameters to suit the system.
Can you tell me if the sound changes a lot? I have the termis and nothing changes.
I also found the termi system still provided a muffled sound. I chose this as it is louder for sure. With the baffles removed it is very loud.

I just realize that the fuel capacity is just 14.5L smaller than the 939(16L) …
As it is not really a touring bike, after using 14.5L I am absolutely happy to get off to fill up!!!

I'm 5 fit 3
I’m 5 6 1/2, and it’s on the tall side. Had I ridden one first, I may not have purchased one. Took a bit to get used too, but now I’m happy as on it. If unsure, look at a Monster, as easier to live with having a lower seat hight.

Should of went with SC Concept exhausts. Arrow exhausts are for Triumphs not Ducati 😞
It’s interesting that you think an Italian exhaust manufacturer only suits English bikes…… I’ve run Arrow on 4 bikes now and the quality is spot on. Tune-ability correct and get results. I have no issue with you using SC, but I will never use one of their systems. I simply don’t like them.

As soon I hit 1000k’s, the ecu can be unlocked and then tuned to suit no baffles. I’ll be sure to do another video then👍👍
