    Rope pushdown + Cable curls (straight bar)
    4 supersets: 15 + 15 reps
    French press + Barbell curls (straight bar)
    4 supersets: 15 + 12 reps
    Overhead tricep extension (straight bar) + Close-grip ez-bar curl (arm blaster): vintagegenetic...

    I just watched Bumstead and Calum videos...In my humble opinion, your physique reigns supreme! No joke. Great job.

      bumstead hasn't posted in a month, look at his Instagram. The guy is a freak and has insanely dry muscle mass.
      Calum is awesome but he's also an amateur and nowhere near where he used to be. He doesn't really care about competitions and has no drive for them.

      Calum's body was amazing before his injuries.. his legs never gone be the same again, unfortunately.. and CBum is amazing too.. looking forward to see him and Wesley competing together..

    Wesley, did you have a CT scan or ultrasound on your tricep you injured? I would check on your tricep tendon and get some imaging done to be safe. It's smart to find out if you have a partial tear so that you can avoid any serious injury in the future. You may feel better months down the line and decide to start pushing the heavier weights again, but not know that you have something like a 40% of the tendon rupture (hypothetical of course). You could then have a massive blowout requiring surgery that could have been completely avoided if you knew your tendon was compromised.

    Hey Wesley! You should try to do tricep rope push downs with your elbows further back behind you, the stretch and contraction feel amazing. My triceps grew the most when I did them this way. Also for forearms try doing 21’s with hammer curls. The upper “half” of the motion gives an amazing pump to the upper forearm. Thanks for your helpful videos!!

    Wesley,
    When you do overhead with the machine, if you use small straight bar or V bar , you will feel it different on your triceps.
    Also , how you grip the small bar its important :if you lat it spin on your palm hand VS make a grip without lat yiyr hand spin ... you feel different on the triceps.
    Now this is small things but its have big affect.
    Try it and than you feel it.

      @@TrimMedTrym Do any excersise that you feel hits your tricep the most. It might be overhead, it might be machines, it might be close grip bench. I wouldny worry about details yet, just focus on working your tricep muscle as a whole.
