Whenever I do strict form for biceps I always feel it in my forearms. Been like that since I started working out. Cheating with good form is what I call it..allows me to focus on my bicep and the pump. Where normally my forearms would just feel like rocks under my skin. Took me a long time to learn that. Seeing you strict curl the dumbbells like that i started getting ghost pains in my forearms. Lol.

Try the overhead extension with a short easy curl bar with a “Close Reverse Grip!”💪🏼🦾.... light to moderate weight, elbows tucked in closer to your head, aim arched angle to the sky.... Best of luck on your show

Wesley, with due respect: dumbell drag curls, cross body hammer curls, and plate/waiter curls with high reps (min. 40 secs of duration) as a finisher and laying down on a 20-30 degree incline, triceps cross body dumbell extensions?

Love the movement of the body in the exercises. ..jesus learn stabilisation to really hit the muscle please! Also an ez bar to hit your biceps really? Oh my God! Read a book on bodybuilding! Also learn to slow down otherwise the weight will be lighter!
