    Thanks Wesley.Great arm workout.I alternate 1bicep and 1Tricep exercises like you just did for a few workouts usually 4 weeks..Then I'll switch To a super set workout doing all Triceps first and then going to Biceps.I like the variety.I change my routines and my Splits about once a month.I'm 74 yrs old and find these routines to work for me.I train 5 days a week and do 1 hr of cardio per day for 6 days..30 min in the morning and 30 mins at night. I'M CURRENTLY 228 LBS WITH A BMI OF 14%.I AM 5' 10"" TALL. I really appreciate all your expertise and the videos of the workouts.Congrats on the new baby and your signing with a new Supplement company.I wish you nothing but sucess and good health.and You also "STAY GOLDEN".

    Excellent workout Wesley loved all the moves. These are actually the same one's I do, but I'm thinking I probably need to do more reps. My triceps are really strong but the elbows won't handle it anymore. I do try to stay in the 8-15 rep range on my arms

      Wesley doesn't really isolate forearms since they're fairly well developed already. I feel like hammer curls would definitely be a good addition though
