16 when this was released, knackered the cassette playing so much had to get the cd. Shaped my love of metal. Not heard much better to this day. Amazing to see them live several times in the 90's

Man, brings back the memories! My first Sepultura album that I ever listened to, passed onto me by a friend, on cassette, way back in 1993. I was just 13, maybe 14yo, at the time...those were the years back then. Really miss those times, those years, and that time in music especially. Loved the '90s, and miss that decade, and how much better everything was, more and more everyday!! Ahhhhhh, memories...lol. 🙂

I haven't heard nearly all of their albums and not knowing how the members changed over the years, but I don't need to tell you, they are of course harder than metallica...Yep, I agree about being as big as metalica too...Big fan since 1992 :):) 🙂🙂

Estou com 53 anos, ouvi Sepultura a primeira vez em 86, fiquei fã, grandes shows no Aramaça, ia de trem saindo de SP ate Santo Andre para ver eles, bem como quando eles abriram o show para o Exciter e Venom. Falando do Arise antes da tour europeia fizeram um show gratuito na frente do estadio do Pacaembu em 91, com mais de 50 mil bangers em um evento aberto ao publico que começou depois da feira de sabado..resto de fruta e sujeira pra todo lado, chuva de latas de cerveja pra cima e varias rodas de mosh, infelizmente nesse show mataram um garoto e pelo que se falou na epoca o motivo foi porque ele estava com uma camisa do Stray Cats, ele foi morto covardemente com um golpe de machado, muito triste. Falando de coisas mais amenas, tenho esse album em vinil ate hoje, com a capa diferente, so com a fumaça e o disco vinha sem a faixa Orgasmatron... Sepultura com Max, Igor, Paulo e Andreas...esse é o Sepultura verdadeiro

I was first brought on to this band back in the late 80s early 90s and it wasn't cause of there style it was they're roots!!! The first Brazilian heavy metal band to be allowed to play in that country ever !!!! let alone get signed !!!!

Ozzy introduced me to these metal masters! They opened up first,with Arise, and head banged my little 12 yr old head off!! Max had a killer chrome warlock, and I'm glad to h 14:40 ave met, and shake his hand here in Tuba City, AZ. Tribal metal is even better on the REZ!!
