After covid i gained a lot but yes going to the doctor number 1, just recently got together with an endocrinologist to get all the hormones check. Good vid man!

I am the slowest eater on the planet, hands down. If I'm in a room of a hundred people having dinner, I will be the last to finish. It's embarrassing.
