  • Sup team welcome to the description. This is a random rainy Tuesday in New York City: trained a couple clients, hit a pull day, snuck in 4-5 hours of computer work, and said "macros" 72591 times in just twelve hours. Enjoy.

Love the fact you just run through the rain instead of wearing a coat. I do the same exact thing, literally don’t own any rain gear. If it’s raining that hard, I’ll just throw on a sweatshirt and run it out

I’m still trying to just do something with fitness, it’s what I know. From what I can tell, as long as your willing to take care of yourself, this evidence will make people want to be trained by you, but one has to be non-judgement. Your like a business, your door is open to the public.

That is tame compared to some of the calorie heists I've used before. At Mongolian BBQs, where you fill your big bowl with raw ingredients, they try to limit your proteins by cutting it thin, freezing the meat in that hollow cannoli shape so you can't get your money's worth. But they don't know the resolve of a Muscle Man when presented with a chance to get as much protein as they can fit in a bowl. That's where you press that meat with your knuckles to pack it into as flat as you can get it in the bowl. After layering in all the meat options to about 3/4th of the bowl, you pack some veggies on top to hide your gluttony, but you can't hide from the cooks. It never fails, you always get a funny look when they dump your bowl on the grill and an 8 lb meat boulder rolls out.
Another good source of all you can eat protein is at Souper Salad. You get 2 plates, first plate is for the actual salad. The second plate is going to be a protein salad. Start with the hard boiled eggs covering the plate, then just go wild with the turkey, ham, bacon bits, cheese, beans... and topped off by a couple fist fulls of sunflower kernels because... why not? Bon Appetite!
That is a major come up, especially when you are a broke kid who can't afford all the protein that your body needs. My buddy and I must have eaten at either place, twice per week, for the first 2 years we were trainers. I still stop at the Mongolian BBQ occasionally, but I haven't stepped foot into a Souper Salad since that time. I think I got my fill of protein salads for a lifetime. I ate them, but I never said they tasted good.

Which is why I have two very simple questions:

    2. Regarding getting online clients, what would you wish for more than anything else? Thanks so much in advance - looking forward to reading your answers!
