Bro, love your style. I'm a new subscriber. I got some sc6000ms that I pair with my rane72 mk2 and s11. Heck I pair them with my xdj-xz and my denon x1850. My point is, the sc6000ms with the rotating platter lets you go standalone with usb, internal hard drive and streaming with no laptop needed. It's a super sweet setup with the s11
In serato, on the sampler output, select channel 4. On the rev 5, push the channel 4 button then push the sampler button. Go back to channel 3. Whenever you hit the channel 4 button it will be on sampler. You can now use the fx paddles on the sampler.
You're describing a $2,500 standalone player. That's not what the REV5 is. It's a controller. I'm super happy with it for the price. I bought it used for $900 and sold my other controller for $200 to upgrade so I don't really feel duped by it at all. Serato just posted the 3.2 beta with retooled software FX yesterday.
Dude! Your scratch style is hella fire!
This review is dope . Scratch and cuts are crazy . Just subcribed
Great review. I'm just tried the GRV6 as my 2nd unit and I will probably send it back. The Rev 5 seems like it better suited for my style.
Grv6 is no competition to the rev5.
The DDJ-REV5 is an absolutely phenomenal machine! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You said Shaquan got one? Dope!!! I love mines and I opted for the Rev 5 cause it just lighter for me!!! Just subbed!!!!
Appreciate ya RICKGeez. Dope cuts
Great cuts!!!

Terrific review. No pioneer FX is a big disappointment for me, everything else about this controller is TOP NOTCH
Rev 7.. it has onboard effects and displays in spinning platters
