Now I’m gonna try out the protein pasta because I feel like I never get full off of regular pasta and end up eating too much of it. Also I’m now an F45 girly too lol & I’m loving it! Thank you so much for your dedication to healthy practical living on this channel. Thanks to you improving my health and fitness doesn’t seem so overwhelming and I’m getting better and better each day! You’re amazing!

Be careful with those Quest bars! They have sucralose. There was a recent study about sucralose and its connection with liver cancer.
