    I like the Fit Crunch bars. I get those by the box at Costco. They are whey protein which seems to be rare these days. Trying to stay away from soy protein. Pay attention to the type of protein in these bars. Just because the protein count is high doesn’t mean it’s a quality beneficial protein.

      Did you miss the part in her video where she addresses the research on soy protein? She lays down the facts, including outdated information such as you suggest in your comment. If we are talking about processed products like protein bars, soy protein isolate sounds pretty quality and beneficial to me.

      @@lestel324 I caught that part and she is wrong. There are plenty of studies confirming the negative effects of high amounts of soy intake particularly in men. It hasn’t been debunked and is not outdated.
