Every one of you guys watching this now
I love yall! :)

THE AGONIST -PANOPHOBIA (Alissa)
THE AGONIST - IN VERTIGO (Vicky)
THE PRETTY RECKLESS - DEATH BY ROCK N ROLL
RED - THE EVENING HATE
YES
I still trip out over the fact that the chick from The Pretty Reckless is the little girl in The Grinch movie with Jim Carey...
@@titfacemcgruff4166 Yes, Taylor Momsen is a great actress, but she’s even a better musician
Call of the Mountains- Eluveitie
It isn't heavy (like the songs you've checked out), but it focuses more on clean vocals and soft instrumentation. And I think you'd enjoy it
Great song. Def check out if you havent
Love Eluveitie 🤘
King - Eluveitie!
Such a great song
The Agonist is 100% worth checking out, if not for a reaction video, then for your own enjoyment.
As for Arch Enemy, give "The World is Yours" a go. It's from the same album as The Eagle Flies Alone.
Thank you for your channel, and for all the great music I learned about from watching and listening
Cheers from Denmark 🤘🤘
Yes, I commit to it.
Alex, check out for a video "Panophobia", it´s still from the AWG era at The Agonist, and maybe try out some stuff they´ve done with Vicky Psarakis, their new singer after Alissa left to AE
Not only can she sing, she does the costumes for her videos. This woman is beyond amazing. Artistic on every level.
The Agonist has some good ones, I like, "Thank You Pain" or if you want to check out the new singer Vicky Psarakis, "In Vertigo" is really good!
I was JUST about to suggest thank you pain. Definitely amazes me how her vocal range just expands.
I think the whole desert video thing is overplayed too, but it does help keep costs down and allow more focus on the actual music. When there isn't a lot going on in the background you can really appreciate the music
It is just for the cost in all reality. Also makes for a really quick shoot
tbf its a quarry in sweden, not a desert :D
Well, if you think of the sheer amount of music videos since the first ever, there really is not much left for fresh and innovative videos.
A desert by the water… nice. 😂
@@TIMMAURICEMUSIC deserts have water sources. They just don't get rainfall... If they didn't have water sources animals wouldn't survive there.
Really Alex, try out "Reason to Believe" by Arch Enemy. Gonna get to hear the full spectrum of Alissa's voice, too ... That song carried me through a bad time of my life not too long ago ;)
This is the song that got me into Arch Enemy. Its one of my favorites from them! The whole Will to Power album is awesome too. Alissa's vocals always amazes me.
Mine too
Mine was Ravenous. I still remember when I hear that a Swedish metal band had a female vocalist. I had to check it out and needless to say, I was 🤯.
Two songs to definitely check out from The Agonist are Thank You, Pain. Or. Their Eulogies Sang me to Sleep
Both are perfect Allissa-era specimens. New Agonist (with Vicky) slaps just as hard
the agonist is a super talented band aswell
So much memories, the melody, the power of the music is huge for everyone
The Agonist is definitely worth checking out, lullabies for the Dormant mind is an amazing album!
Alex I joined you in your metal journey since you started Metallica and I'm a huge fan of this song and arch enemy... I can't express how happy I am after the notification dropped ..... Love you brother keep rocking 🤘🏻
Alex maybe you wouldn't be saying that you've seen it all before, heard it all before & sick of seeing that type of video concept if you watched it Four year's ago when it was released!
Take it easy.
FINALLY! Alex, I follow you since 2018, I have waited for this reaction since 2018. Better late than never … thank you for this video!😊
I'd definitely recommend reason to believe. A wonderful message with wonderful music.
This is absolutely on my top 10 list, at least once a day for a year now. Great reaction like always Alex
I used to have a huge crush on Alissa. Nowadays I’m just honored to be a huge fan of her and their amazing band. Been a huge fan for a long while now.
still have
@@Minstrel2009 Awesome !!!! 🙂
‘Panophobia’ by The Agonist was my introduction to Alyssa and is, to this day one of my all time favorite metal songs. ‘Thank You Pain’ is another excellent, excellent Agonist song.
I really love Arch Enemy!! I guess I can thank you for getting me into this band, because the last song you reacted to was amazing!! Keep up the good work, Alex. Your reactions are amazing!! 👏😁👍
I don't think you've reacted to them, but it's a band I've slept on for the longest time. Rotting Christ. A few personal favourites by them are "Dies Irae", "The Raven", "Holy Mountain", "Tou Thanatou", "Χ Ξ Σ (666)". They lean more on the darker side of metal with a blend of heavy vocals (including screams) and stuff that sounds like chanting. Musically, they're amazing as well. I've not listened to a huge amount of stuff by them and I still need to listen to their much older stuff, but there's something to maybe listen to.
The Agonist with Alissa on vocals - The Tempest (The Siren's Song; The Banshee's Cry), ...and Their Eulogies Sang Me to Sleep and Thank You, Pain.
The Agonist with Vicky on vocals - Danse Macabre, In Vertigo
Both lineups were/are really great!
I've been a fan of Arch Enemy for years and years! So damn impressive!
Definitely check out the agonist pre 2014, when she was still in the band, shows off her range quite a bit more
I recommend you to check out her previous band so that you know what she is capable of doing, speaking of her voice. She made the first three albums btw and to be honest, she can make some crazy sounds
You should definitely check The Agonist songs from Alissa's era. My favourite is Dead Ocean but if you want one with a video I would say Panophobia, Thank You Pain, or And Their Eulogies Sang Me To Sleep
When Alissa was the lead singer of The agonist she did house vocals and clean vocals
Today the lead singer of The agonist is a single named Vicky Psarakis
You should def listen to The Agonist - Panaphobia, mostly because I was in the crowd when it was recorded at Heavy Montreal. You can also hear her clean vocal on that one. I think it's probably even better than Arch Enemy.
Thank You Pain, And Their Eulogies Sang Me To Sleep & Business Suits and Combat Boots are great back-up too.
You will know my name arch enemy really spotlights each member the best.
THE AGONIST - ...AND THEIR EULOGIES SANG ME TO SLEEP
Haha! What you did with the guitar solo was hilarious!
Business suits and combat boots -&- thankyou pain by the agonist are amazing
I just them tonight in Dallas tx. This song and vid actually started me on my metal journey. They are touring North America. Get yo tickets. It was amazing show. They di 12 songs.
Was a fantastic show! Pleasant surprise to see them play Handshake With Hell
@@garetjaxusmc it was an amazing show. She sounded amazing on handshake with hell. I just wished this show was at a bigger venue like the Toyota Center or Fair park
This (Well the no vocal version) has been my Wake Up for Work Alarm for the last 6 months
Should listen to some more Blue October. Barely seen anyone touch a great deal of their music. Loved the vid as always!
I’m thoroughly enjoying all the content being dropped on my birthday!
Check out The Agonist for more Alissa, and start checking out more pre-Alissa Arch Enemy with Angela. The newer Arch Enemy song are alright, but they don't hold a flame to anything from the Angela years (2001 - 2013)
I would have agreed with this statement until they released their newest e songs this year.
Hand shake with hell is EPIC
@@petethorley5998 I can appreciate that, however I disagree. I listened to it twice when it came out, and haven't since - just my 3 cents, I think it would have been better on Alissa's solo album is instead of an AE album, though I am curious how it will sound live
@@shanebeckthold6659 I can't wait wo find out
Its worth cheking out The Agonist
This song introduced me to the band. Absolute banger!
The agonist- eulogies sang me to sleep or In Vertigo!!
Friggin Awesome thanks for this ! The Agonist are great too 🔥
✌❤🇨🇦
The Agonist is freaking amazing. With Alissa, I'd suggest "Thank you, Pain" and Panophobia. After Alissa, with Vicky Psarkis joined the band, and they released the album "Eye of Providence", and I enjoyed a lot. I believe that you will love it.
That’s her element though when it comes to the video. She’s amazing!!!! Badass Beauty 🤘🏼
@Alex Hefner I meant to say, grey daze, in my previous comment. Lol. I was talking about them releasing their second album, "The Phoenix" on June 17! Super stoked to hear more vocals from Chester on that album! "Amends" is still my favorite release of 2020! But I'm stoked to hear some more Grey Daze material!
You’ve been slacking on Arch Enemy and the Agonist! Just saw Arch Enemy Saturday night, such a great show!
Love this song.
Check out will ramos do cleans on a sleep token cover. So good.
Been here since 1,200 subs!!!
Took you long enough huh Alex?
One of the great Metal songs of all time. Great lyrics.
Alissa is just so great. Just as request you should try Bloodywood - Aaj example.
Yes definitely need to check out the Agonist. They are great also.
I don't know why I didn't reaction to tis masterpiece but keep going for arch enemy dude
Going to see them again in september i cant wait
Would love to see you react to Orden Ogan - Gunman 😁
I second this, Alex needs to discover Orden Ogan.
YEAH!
Weird... 4 years ago was about when I got into reaction channels... so thank you!
I'm sure it's for copyright reasons, but all the editing and chopping really fucks with the enjoyment of the video
Great song 🤩
Alissa 🖤🤘🤘
I recommend checking out some Monuments. For example "Makeshift harmony" from their newest album. Insane riffing and vocals
I recommend "Monsters Ball" by Butcher Babies. It's a really fun song that's both heavy and catchy
I recommend Bottom of the Bottle or Igniter, or Yorktown, or ......
Fuck it. All of the butcher babies
Jeff Loomis is WAY too good to be in Arch Enemy.
I will not rest until more people react to We Will Rise from Arch Enemy. Alex I kid you not, this is my fav song from them (it's with Angela). I was searching more reactions to this song and there aren't much.
Love it and the band🤟😎🇳🇴❤️
THE AGONIST!!!!
This intro Dreaming in Red-Dismember, legends
The Agonist is so worth checking out. Especially Panophobia and ...and their eulogies set me to sleep
definitely check out "Thank You Pain" by the agonist
Alex you have to check Arch Enemy - Ravenous live in tokyo 2008. That song and performance can fiil a blank space in your life
The birthday massacre…. Looking glass
been saying you should react to this when it did first appear lol
Arch enemy is awesome metal band and alissa white gluz with features in other Band’s too. Alex.
Hell yeah, check out The Agonist! It has some really good songs from Alissa's era.
I’m so curious what is that intro song??
The agonist with Alissa is GREAT never cared for them after her
Bingo. I dont think they are any good anymore. Dont like Vicki's voice.
Shadows fall, DO IT
Combat boots and business suits is another good agonist song
Whats intro song pls tell
Ho yeaa the Agonist. Thank you pain and Panaphobia. Alissa was using her clean voice so much more.
Yes you must check it out
I really liked Panaphobia and Thank you pain from The Agonist.... Alissa is the best 😍
So I'd like to suggest a band I don't believe you've reacted to as of yet. Jimmy Eat World
Songs- Bleed American, Sweetness, The Middle, or A Praise Chorus.
Absolutely check out The Agonist. They did a cover of “Take Me to Church”
Arch enemy- No Gods No Masters!!!!
yes you should definitely react to the agonist bro bro
You should also check out Lacuna Coil.
Did someone know the outro song? feels great
That intro has Heavy Amon Amarth vibes
Totally agree to the setting of the clip XD As you like Slipknot it would be a good try to listen to Tetrarch. I just recently discovered them and they bring back some awesome Nu Metal while mixing Slipknot, Korn and Linkin Park from the early 2000s. Highly recommend "Stitch me up" or "Negative Noise" which is clearly inspired by the IOWA Album from Slipknot ;)
Alex you should check out the band jinjer if you haven't already you'll be completely blown away by her voice
Next artist you should try out is All Them Witches! Specifically - Workhorse, Open Passageways, Talisman, Blood and Sand, Romany Dagger, The Children of Coyote Woman, The Urn, and Am I going Up? - all of them are absolute bangers, so take your pick!
Also check out Fall Into Place, also by the same artist - probably one of their best songs yet!
What is the name of the intro music song?????
Where can I make a suggestion for a music video reaction for you?
Yes they are getting nominated for a Juno for Metal Album of the years and facing off against Unleash the Archers and Spiritbox Check out "Days Before the World Wept" or "Orphans" band is fire-new EP is absolute masterpiece
lol none of those bands deserve the award.
I don't know if you've heard it but you should listen to Atlas Falls from shinedown
Please check The Agonist. Is the old band of the singer of Arch Enemy
YES!! Please react to The Agonist!! That would be amazing!!
JUST CHECK OUT THE AGONIST OMG
Marching on Versailles by Ad Infinitum I think would be a good reaction
If you decide to check out The Amity Affliction again I definitely recommend their song Chasing Ghosts. It’s the song that got me into the band 🤘
You absolutely have to check out The Agonist!
