Me toh simple .. pani me boil krke masala dal ke khati hun maggi 😭🤌 To eat maggi in different way Take 1 glass water Boil it Add 1 pack maggi Let maggi get cooked Once its 80 % cooked , high the flame and let burn all the water in pan , make it dry , then add pinch of salt , chilli powder and add maggi masala ! I swear.. the way you make maggi matters - there is nothing new in this but adding masala and some salt in the last makes your maggi more masale-dar and it smells so good ! ❤😊
Here’s my version of Maggie 😅 add a teaspoon of cooking oil in a pan then add Maggie masala , half tablespoon of chings schezwan chutney, 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, then add water and Maggie to it .. and let it cook . You can also add green onions and sesame seed to it while serving .
the way i like to make my maggi is very similar to the aglio e olio one but instead of olive oil, i use normal vegetable oil. i had tried to cook other instant noodles the same way and this recipe works everytime.!!

Hello everyone, I wanted Shivangi to try my recipe but I also want you all to try this recipe so please try and let me know in the replies [Note: this recipe is for two bricks of maggi noodles] (yeah! i eat a lot) the name of my recipe is "Eggie" Ingredients: • onion • garlic • green chilies • coriander leaves • black pepper • salt • red chili sauce • ketchup • milk • eggs • butter/ghee (ghee prefered) Procedure: 1. Take 7-8 garlic cloves and finely chop them, thinly slice one small sized onion and cut 3 green chilies. 2. Put generous amount of ghee and fry the onion until golden and add your finely chopped garlic and cook until it starts leaving aroma, add your chilies next. 3. Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of crushed black pepper to the pan. Fry for a minute then add 1½ tbsp of red chili sauce, 2 tbsp of ketchup and maggi masala into it and stir well. 4. Add 2-3 cups of milk to the pan and stir then add your maggi noodles and cover the pan for a minute. 5. Remove the lid and stir again (make sure not let the gravy dry, if it dries up add some more milk or water) and crack a couple of eggs on your maggi and sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper on the eggs and close the lid and wait (if you like runny egg yolks then don't cook longer otherwise the yolks will harden) 6. You can serve on a plate (I prefer eating directly on the pan, hehe!) garnish with coriander leaves and you're done. :) Hope you like it. ♥

I never liked maggie that much because of the masala, but when I feel like having it I would cook it this way. Heat a little oil in a pan crush the maggie then add it to the pan and stir fry till light brown. Add some water and one small onion (not sliced,but instead we can cut into the shapes just like we cut while making chilli chicken) maggie masala and a little bit of tomato sauce, chop green chilli and squeeze little bit of lemon juice. Cook till water evaporates and it's ready to eat. I hope you will try.
Hii I'd like to share my *enhanced* maggi (Also my name is zohaib :3) So first off, put water in a frying pan and immediately add the masala. Then I request you commit a sin and BREAK the Maggie into 4 and once the masala water mixture comes to a boil add the Maggie and stir till soft. About half way add butter and msg (add as much msg and butter as you want 👍) Then dry it till its well, dry but still sort of moist. (Like not so dry that it does not leave a trace on the place yk? Just enough so you make a slight mess on the plate) Serve on a plate All this recipe does is takes the classic Maggi and makes it fancy. I legit have this everyday and it just adds so much to the experience. I have been making Maggie professionally for 5 years so don't argue w me 🔫 (don't ask for the documents either) Alternatively, when you add the butter and msg feel free to add soy sauce, vinegar and chopped capsicum with it. This is how my mum likes to make it for dad. Hope it elevates the experience 💜💜💜

do try my recipe as well, It’s literally the most easiest and the my favourite comfort food. In a pan add water then add a pinch of cumin powder, paprika and salt then add the noodles and boil it. Make sure the water is a little more than usual as we want a soupy noodle. So when ta maggi is boiled add the maggi masala and butter or ghee ( i prefer ghee) then mix it. Then pour an egg directly to the noodles and keep on mixing it until it’s well combined (make sure it’s soupy) And then serve to a bowl and enjoyyyy ♥️♥️

Try Thecha Cheese Maggi🤍 FOR TECHA- Dry roast Green chillies , lots of Garlic , And Peanuts in little oil . Season with Salt And Crush them nicely FOR MAGGI- Make maggi normally, add in already made techa , mix and cook add Cheese slices to it and mix well . Make sure the maggi is not tooo soupy nor too dry. P.S- Me and my hostel friends discovered this style of making maggi ,as maggi tastemaker was never sufficient for us to give them that spice level and one of my maharashtrian friend bought super spicy techa from her hometown. So yeah this is how this recipe was made.

Plz try my recipe,you're gonna love it Start my dicing one medium sized onion,put a tablespoon of oil and toss the onion in with a hand full of peas for five minutes. Add one small chopped green chilli and add one and a half table spoons of soya sauce and vinegar into the veggies and add a mug of water. Now add the tastemaker and let your noodles boil until all the water has been dried. Now while serving add in two slices of cheese and two sausages which you'll dice! If u want then add chilli garlic sauce according to your taste! I bet you'll not be disappointed

Then I request you commit a sin and BREAK the Maggie into 4 and once the masala water mixture comes to a boil add the Maggie and stir till soft.
About half way add butter and msg (add as much msg and butter as you want 👍)
Then dry it till its well, dry but still sort of moist. (Like not so dry that it does not leave a trace on the place yk? Just enough so you make a slight mess on the plate)
Serve on a plate
All this recipe does is takes the classic Maggi and makes it fancy. I legit have this everyday and it just adds so much to the experience. I have been making Maggie professionally for 5 years so don't argue w me 🔫 (don't ask for the documents either)
Alternatively, when you add the butter and msg feel free to add soy sauce, vinegar and chopped capsicum with it. This is how my mum likes to make it for dad.

Ingredients
1tsp oil / butter
One tomato
One onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
2-3 tsp of red chilli powder
one Lil packet of magic cube
Maggi itself
Then it's masala
If you want in the end you can add cheese
In the end garnish it with lays or any chips (to get a crunchy flavour)

do try my recipe as well, It’s literally the most easiest and the my favourite comfort food.
In a pan add water then add a pinch of cumin powder, paprika and salt then add the noodles and boil it. Make sure the water is a little more than usual as we want a soupy noodle. So when ta maggi is boiled add the maggi masala and butter or ghee ( i prefer ghee) then mix it. Then pour an egg directly to the noodles and keep on mixing it until it’s well combined (make sure it’s soupy) And then serve to a bowl and enjoyyyy ♥️♥️

take another pan put have spoon butter and half spoon normal oil add some garlic and let them saute

Soy sauce

Veggies like peas corns and bell peppers (optional)

Recipe:
Boil maggie and after it cooked, rinse it up with iced water so it doesn't stick together.
On another a pan heatup some oil and add some thin slices of garlic and let it fry. Now add the maggie seasoning, chilli flakes , tomato sauce , soy sauce, veggies (optional) , Schezwan sauce (optional) and some cooked Maggie broth. Now you can add your maggie and thats it! You can top it off with some cheese and sesame seeds. It tastes spicy and really good

FOR TECHA- Dry roast Green chillies , lots of Garlic , And Peanuts in little oil . Season with Salt And Crush them nicely
FOR MAGGI- Make maggi normally, add in already made techa , mix and cook add Cheese slices to it and mix well . Make sure the maggi is not tooo soupy nor too dry.
P.S- Me and my hostel friends discovered this style of making maggi ,as maggi tastemaker was never sufficient for us to give them that spice level and one of my maharashtrian friend bought super spicy techa from her hometown. So yeah this is how this recipe was made.

Start my dicing one medium sized onion,put a tablespoon of oil and toss the onion in with a hand full of peas for five minutes. Add one small chopped green chilli and add one and a half table spoons of soya sauce and vinegar into the veggies and add a mug of water. Now add the tastemaker and let your noodles boil until all the water has been dried. Now while serving add in two slices of cheese and two sausages which you'll dice!
If u want then add chilli garlic sauce according to your taste! I bet you'll not be disappointed
