Hello Shivangi I really love watching your videos. I always watch them while I eat. After watching this video I was craving some pasta so I made one and I did not have a lot of ingredients so this is my substituted ingredients pasta recipe. I hope you all try it and like it. First, I boiled some spaghetti in saltwater I don’t have the exact measurement of ingredient, but here is how you make the sauce cloves of garlic, finely minced, and a some green chilli and the chilli should be in half the quantity of the garlic , teaspoon of oregano , 2 teaspoon of piri piri masala and teaspoon of black pepper mix it all and take a lot of butter in a pan and I mean a lot and then add this mixture and let it cook for a while and then you add heavy cream to it and make it creamy and then you add salt. Mix the spaghetti in and you are done it’s like Agilo e olio but creamy and at the end, toast some bread and eat it with the leftover sauce. It tastes amazing.
For chips chaat Cut the veggies you like shallow Fry them in hot oil for just half min add red ,black paper and salt then add one and half spoon vinegar add the chips you like most mix them well turn off the gas and the last add lemon in it
there's just something about ur channel , probably the aesthetics, idk the whole vibe is pretty nostalgic to me and brings back some of my childhood memories i absolutely love it and ofc the recipes that u try out are surely interesting , great work!

I'm moving abroad this April and i don't really know how to cook. Though I am trying to learn things, the traditional food we make is too much of a hassle for just one person (and i also don't like to cook so uk) but your channel is going to be my go to for making food, and yes I think I like cooking things I find on your channel!! I'd recommend exploring East Asian dishes, a lot of recipes are quick and easy to make, have such a robust flavour profile and a good use of veggies and protein. I personally find them much beginner friendly.
