When it turns a little golden, add the tastemaker and water. You could add some chilli flakes or black pepper too and let it cook as you like, soupy or dry. It tastes pretty good ;)

Ok so I just tried the lemon coriander one, it's really good, mine was just a bit mild as I didn't add any red sauce or soy sauce, but without it also it's yummmm
Hey I want you to try my recipe too, it's sort of spicy indo Korean types and really good too, especially on the spicy side it is! Get some water boiling, add the maggi masala, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder , haldi powder, salt, soya sauce, and let it boil. When it starts to boil, add the noodle pack and let it cook, then add some coriander as well at the end with some sesame seeds and sesame oil. You can add veggies of your choice, increase/decrease the spice level , and also an egg! It's really good pls do try it!
The South Indian maggi is actually one of my favourites cuz it's how my mom has made it since I was kid ❤️❤️❤️ And I think the quantities matter a lot. If u add too much water, the tadka gets diluted and it's messed up. I know this because I've messed it up myself and learnt how to make it amazing from my mom 😂❤️❤️
You gotta do the South Indian one dry and not wet!! Trust me!! Let the noodles cook and soak the water(add little water only) like 80% and then add masala n chilli powder! And let the curry leaves sauté for a bit before adding in water

You can try my maggi recipe its , pink sauce maggi .add some butter to the pan and melt it .add cumin seeds and let them pop .add chopped garlic , onion, green chilli and tomatoes .then saute them .then add a little amount of water .add turmeric, chilli flakes , coriander powder, salt . Then add 1 cup water and 1/4 th cup milk . Boil your maggi .then add ketchup, pizza pasta sauce and mayonise .then put kasuri methi on top And its ready
My recipe - boil Maggi once it’s boiled take out all the water from it leave at least 2 or 3 spoon of water than add the masala some extra mrichi and salt as per your taste and then mix it well and once you pour it in a bowl add some oregano if you want and enjoy ( this is my all time fav Maggi)
the tasty Maggi recipes aside, i LOVE the cosy and aesthetic vibe of this fun video, almost an Emma Chamberlain-esque energy, hands down my favourite Indian food blogger on the platform. keep up the good work Shivangi. we ❤️ u
my recipe basically goes like this - boil maggi like how one usually does and then once the noodles separate add some butter into it. once the aroma of the butter infuses add maggi seasoning + a little bit of Garlic powder + 1 spoon of pizza pasta sauce. simmer till u get that thick heavenly buttery sauce incorporated into the noodles. i really recommend to not dry the gravy... it needs to be that soupy buttery gravy with noodles for that warm comforting decadent taste... its so simple, warm and literal comfort food for me... simple flavours but incorporated together they tastes so good. optionally u can crack in an egg into the broth while simmering the noodles... the runny egg and buttery noodles go soo well together. :)
i wanted to make the chilli oil maggi but i didnt have sesame oil, so i took some peanut oil, chopped garlic, onions, grated ginger. i added soy sauce and chilli sauce. and chilli flakes ofc, i also added a little bit of pasta seasoning. on the side i boiled maggi noodles and added salt in the water itself. i used a cup of the drained maggi water and added it in the gravy 10/10
I really admired your editing style ❤😮... The sound effects and titles were so good like I was playing an old game and feeling nostalgic. I am definitely going to try the lemon coriander and chilli one ❤
ok my recipe is take a big pan add 5 tablespoon oil to it the choped green chili add every masala u have and maggi masala also at the end add maggi to it and some water cover it let water evaporate and serve
Ok this better be in ur next video Cuz it deserves to be Add butter to the pan ( really less heat ) add laal mirch powder, mixed herbs n chilli flakes let it look and give all that flavour Cook if for 20 second on low heat n add flour Then add milk and mix it ( no lumps ) Keep the sauce at the stage where noodles can easily cook Add maggi masala + thoda extra cuz why not 👄😩 Finally put in the noodles n cook it in the sauce with 1 cube process cheese( yes!!) 30 sec before turing of the heat, add some mozrella PS: don't overcook it!!
Try this maggi recipe: 1onion 1/2 tomato 1/4 capsicum 1green chilli Helmens mayonnaise Sheet cheese Oregano. Process: take a pan add 1tbs butter, chilli, onion, tomato, capcicum saute for 2 to 3 mins. Pour two cup milk & add maggi masala & noodles saute until it cooked. Add 1/4 tbs oregano, half sheet cheese, 1tbs helmens mayonnaise saute untill it gets ready. Serve hot. Reminder don't over cook the onion it should be crunchy.

My recipe for part two💁🏻♀️ Take oil, Add garlic-ginger paste and then Add chopped green chilli, cabbage, onion and saute, Add Maggie masala, salt, red chillie powder, turmeric powder, red chillie sauce, soy sauce & shezwan sauce/tomato ketchup, Mix it well & add add boiled maggie😌 Enjoy your chinese style noodles This works for pasta too
I tried the chilli cheese maggi except no cheese and cooked the noodles in the sause with some extra water it was so spicy ans sooo goooddd Yea and some chicken masala too I don't know if it did anything 🐣
Hi Di 👋🏻🤗 Pls make another part of trying 'your' Maggi recipes..🤌🏻 Here is my comfort recipe of Maggi (TANGY CHEESE MAGGI🧡) •In a pan, bring water to boil •add maggi masala mix •add butter, black pepper, red chilli powder to it according to your taste. •after this add noodles, sometimes i also add Yeppie noddles to it just to have a change of taste but its optional. •cook it for 3min (make sure its not overcooked) •now add ketchup according to your tangy taste and then add a spoon of mayo, slice of cheese followed by a good mix. •at the end, garnish it with oregano. So hope you'll like 'MY TYPE OF MAGGI'🤗🌼
I just tried the lemon coriander recipe and omgggg it is soooo sooo sooo gooddd!!! Thank you smruthi!! And thank you Shivangi for bringing it to lightly cause damnnn it was sooo easy but sooo good!!
So first of all, I am very lazy but I am still adding this recipe in the comments cuz your ratings of the maggis were the same as I had rated them in my mind and so I realised that u and I have quite a similar taste pallete. So here is my go-to Maggi recipe for u and even if u are not able to shoot this recipe, do try it, and let me know what u think of it. I really feel u'll love it. MEDITERRANEAN WHITE SAUCE GARLIC MAGGI These measurements are for 2 packs of 70g Maggi pack cuz that's how much I usually cook for my sister and myself. So u nicely crush 10-12 large cloves of garlic and a little 1cm long piece of ginger together. Take 4 green chillies and chop them(adjust according to ur spice tolerance, we have a high one) Add 2 tbsp. mustard oil(trust me) to ur pan and cumin seeds to it, then saute the chillies, garlic and ginger. Chop up onions and capsicums(preferably in julians) and add them to the pan, once they are golden add small paneer(cottage cheese) cubes and fry until everything in nicely golden-brown. Get rid of the stems of coriander and chop up the leaves and add those too, here, we go by the more the merrier. Add some salt to it and add one packet of additional Maggi masala-e-magic(the 5 rupee one u can buy separately from the market). Saute for 30secs and add 650-700ml of water(I love soupy Maggi and which is why we are gonna add extra masala to prevent it from going bland). Let the water come to a boil and add in your noodle cakes. Now, add your Maggi tastemaker and one more pack of maggi masala-e-magic. Now immediately add 4 slices or cubes of processed cheese(I think Amul cheese is the best). Add some chilli flakes and oregano. If you have green or black olives at hand u can add those too but it's optional You can add one tbsp of veg mayonnaise here, but that again is optional. Cover the pan and let your noodles cook, and the noodles are ready. If you like spicy food, you can add a little teaspoon of chilli powder while frying you veggies or add some chilli oil to your noodles at the end. If u have pickled jalapaneos with you eat them with your noodles the way Koreans eat kimchi with their ramyeon. It give such a good kick to the Maggi. 🙃😊💜
If you ever do a part 2 then please take my recipe too its easy and tastes amazing soo my name is Koyel and this is my recipe : Name ~ Dry Masala Maggi Step 1 - Take a bowl and boil the maggi without the masala and strain the water Step 2 - take a kadhai and put a little oil and then put red chilli powder , tumeric and a little salt as per your taste Step 3 - Now put the boiled maggi into the kadhai and mix everything with a fork and now add the maggi masala Now its done very easy and tastesss so good definitely try once and yes I don't like soupy i like dry maggi and have this with a coke 🤤 ok thanks

Okay so i searched for perfect maggi recipe and found this after scrolling a little. My maggi needed a change 😤 and this video does justice to it. I'll try making the first 2 and edit my comment after. Thanks for this video ❤ Edit: Made the lemon coriander maggi and it was truly a flavour bomb. Though the lemon was too much (I put only half lemon as suggested) So if anyone is reading this, use a litttttle Less lemon. For me this was 8/10. But the change of taste is really good.
mine is maggi maggi masala in packet THEN MAGIC MASALA THE WHOLE PACK!!! then you add some cheese ONCE it’s dry otherwise its creamy and i don’t like it like thattt
try making noodles like this boil the noodles and keep it aside mean while make a mixture of shezwan chutney maggi masala soy sauce oregano hot oil and some onions chopped. No proper name for this but it is amazing...
guys for the lemon chilli maggi, just an advice : never squeeze lemon into hot foods. It works against your health. (as per ayurveda). Let the food cool down, then top it with lemon❤
You can make chilli oil maggi very easily tho, this is what i do: Boil maggi Then take a bowl and add chopped/pressed garlic then add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup (optional), sesame seeds, chilli flakes(optional), oregano, black pepper and maggi masala obviously, boil some oil in a pan and pour it into the masala mixture you made and mix it and then add your maggi, you dont have to sauté veggies in this recipe it might sound like it'll take an hour to make but trust me when you make it for the first time itll take 30 mins but once u get the hang of it itll only take 15-20 mins which is pretty less than compared to these recipes that you've tried This is optional: you can add mushrooms in this maggi
i rated your maggi recipes to find the best one pt.02 👑

i really recommend to not dry the gravy... it needs to be that soupy buttery gravy with noodles for that warm comforting decadent taste... its so simple, warm and literal comfort food for me... simple flavours but incorporated together they tastes so good.
optionally u can crack in an egg into the broth while simmering the noodles... the runny egg and buttery noodles go soo well together. :)
i wanted to make the chilli oil maggi but i didnt have sesame oil, so i took some peanut oil, chopped garlic, onions, grated ginger. i added soy sauce and chilli sauce. and chilli flakes ofc, i also added a little bit of pasta seasoning. on the side i boiled maggi noodles and added salt in the water itself. i used a cup of the drained maggi water and added it in the gravy 10/10
I really admired your editing style ❤😮... The sound effects and titles were so good like I was playing an old game and feeling nostalgic.
I am definitely going to try the lemon coriander and chilli one ❤

Bro the lemon coriander maggie omggg so good and easy to make
So first of all, I am very lazy but I am still adding this recipe in the comments cuz your ratings of the maggis were the same as I had rated them in my mind and so I realised that u and I have quite a similar taste pallete. So here is my go-to Maggi recipe for u and even if u are not able to shoot this recipe, do try it, and let me know what u think of it. I really feel u'll love it.
MEDITERRANEAN WHITE SAUCE GARLIC MAGGI
These measurements are for 2 packs of 70g Maggi pack cuz that's how much I usually cook for my sister and myself.
So u nicely crush 10-12 large cloves of garlic and a little 1cm long piece of ginger together. Take 4 green chillies and chop them(adjust according to ur spice tolerance, we have a high one)
Add 2 tbsp. mustard oil(trust me) to ur pan and cumin seeds to it, then saute the chillies, garlic and ginger.
If you have green or black olives at hand u can add those too but it's optional
You can add one tbsp of veg mayonnaise here, but that again is optional.
🙃😊💜
If you ever do a part 2 then please take my recipe too its easy and tastes amazing soo my name is Koyel and this is my recipe :
Name ~ Dry Masala Maggi
Step 1 - Take a bowl and boil the maggi without the masala and strain the water
Step 2 - take a kadhai and put a little oil and then put red chilli powder , tumeric and a little salt as per your taste
Step 3 - Now put the boiled maggi into the kadhai and mix everything with a fork and now add the maggi masala
Now its done very easy and tastesss so good definitely try once and yes I don't like soupy i like dry maggi and have this with a coke 🤤 ok thanks
omg this was such a fun video n i just loveee your editing style!! i remember seeing the score board on my screen and immediately thought, "wow! that's sooo cute!!" much love
Okay so i searched for perfect maggi recipe and found this after scrolling a little. My maggi needed a change 😤 and this video does justice to it. I'll try making the first 2 and edit my comment after. Thanks for this video ❤
Edit: Made the lemon coriander maggi and it was truly a flavour bomb. Though the lemon was too much (I put only half lemon as suggested) So if anyone is reading this, use a litttttle Less lemon. For me this was 8/10. But the change of taste is really good.
I agree to the comments the editing is bomb!!!your voice is so soothing 🥹 and the video was so engaging, more parts?!
thank you so muchh, part 2 coming out very soon hehe

omg def trying these recipes!!
try making noodles like this
boil the noodles and keep it aside mean while make a mixture of
shezwan chutney maggi masala soy sauce oregano hot oil and some onions chopped. No proper name for this but it is amazing...
Going to try every recipes. Thank you❤
Wowwww last 2 were heaven 😢❤
lemon coriander maggi was bomb!!!
guys for the lemon chilli maggi, just an advice : never squeeze lemon into hot foods. It works against your health. (as per ayurveda). Let the food cool down, then top it with lemon❤
You can make chilli oil maggi very easily tho, this is what i do:
Boil maggi
Then take a bowl and add chopped/pressed garlic then add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup (optional), sesame seeds, chilli flakes(optional), oregano, black pepper and maggi masala obviously, boil some oil in a pan and pour it into the masala mixture you made and mix it and then add your maggi, you dont have to sauté veggies in this recipe it might sound like it'll take an hour to make but trust me when you make it for the first time itll take 30 mins but once u get the hang of it itll only take 15-20 mins which is pretty less than compared to these recipes that you've tried
This is optional: you can add mushrooms in this maggi
Can we have a series of no oven baking recipes
