You know... How many times has Chef Ramsey antagonized sandwich makers, for making a sandwich that was far too large to wrap your mouth around and take a bite out of? He's got TWO steaks on an already thick bun. Who the hell can take a bite out of that? That sandwich certainly looks yummy, but it's not edible. Biting into a thick steak without it being sliced up or using utensils, makes it physically and practically inedible. And let's not talk about the inconsistent cook to each steak. Jeeez, chef....
Why does the most famous chef in the world always struggle with the melting of cheese? this is literally the third video I've seen of Gordon where the cheese doesn't melt even though he says it's "melting beautifully".
If the steak is supposed to be rare (it isn't) then plainly the protein is blocking the heat reaching the fat lumps of cheese sat upon it. Does seem an odd way trying to melt cheese on a steak! An upturned spare pan on top of the steak and the cheese would have melted it.
Everyone knows you need to cover the cheese to get it melting... But not only that, the steak is blue in the middle. Gordon is clearly just phoning it in and it's sad to see.

I watched her when she was making Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch, and earlier in the cooking videos with her dad and her other siblings helping him make meals. It's been amazing to see how she's grown in confidence. Random comment from a random UA-camr: in the latest Masterchef Junior, if you're ever not sure where to look when someone else is talking, just look at the person speaking and look thoughtful, smile and nod a few times or make "wow that makes sense" faces if you want. Just watch the shows where your dad does the exact same thing xD These cooking shows are a combo of acting and cooking. I'm really excited to see where you will go next, great job :D And Gordon, kudos for being a great dad as well as a great chef, from a random fan.

The steak looks poorly cooked. Disgusting and unappetizing. Even in the thumbnail, they had to add add some color to the steak to make it more appealing.
i don't know if Gordon is aware of it, but the dynamic between Tilly and Gordon is one of the highlights of the show - and in life. any disharmony has an effect on how people feel... so, manage the show, but also, manage the relationship. Tilly comes first, somehow, someway... i understand, she's not the baby of the family anymore...i could see, that made her somewhat sad - for the moment; Oscar is king, now. oop, Jesse James... haven't been keeping up.
Once Tilly finally panned down (haha!:) I was able to see that the final sandwich creation looked stunning...and gargantuan! It could feed a Galician village?
