An alternative way would be just teleporting the chasing EXE into that spot (So like a Set Position thing) it means that when he's off screen you'll have to disable the movement but when you teleport him you can start that movement. Hope this helps!

There's lots of ways to do it, easiest way would be always setting the KeyActionA variable under the Player_Input object to be anything other than 0.
