What I'd say is either have the separate actives track to the position of the body part they're for so that way the movement of the part itself will also move the hitbox, or have all the smaller hitboxes track to one main hitbox but at that point I'm not sure if you could move the smaller hitboxes around so maybe try the first method.

Oh I noticed u don't know how to use parallax, ok this is really simple, add the parallaxer object into your frame, then set the peices 1 by 1 and then make the size the exact same and then for coding it to make it move, set this code: "Timer / (input any number)" so for example lets say: "Timer / 16" if u want it to go the other way, then set it to "Timer / -16" make sure there is a negative, if u want it to scroll automatically when the player moves, then set the parallax to auto scroll, and make the z-length around 3000 or 5000 (the higher the number is, the slower it moves) if u want a very fast moving parallax then set it to 500 or less. That's all
I know that you can use the text blitter object (An object that takes a sprite sheet and makes a text font out of it) sadly I'm still learning how to use that text blitter object because it's very weird when trying to import a sprite sheet. So if you wanna try to mess around with it that'd be the object to use.
If your exe has a sight object that Tails would have to touch to be spotted then add on by putting an event that checks if Tails isn't touching a bush when he's in the range of the exe's vision. If Tails is touching a bush, the chase wont trigger.
