Harrison, Marcia Kovar --El Paso here. questions about thread uptake and cam adjustment, I've watched all of your videos, thought I had it right but still glitches, I would like to schedule your 30 min session. Are you still doing them??
Hello. Just got my machine. I followed all instructions and so far my issue continues. The upper thread keeps breaking every time I make a turn-wheel cycle. Tried different things and no go. Still having issue
I'm having the same issue. Followed all the set up guides but top thread keeps getting caught up in bobbin. On the side of the bobbin opposite the hook, the thread is getting caught between that little lip and the wall of the bobbin well. It then snaps the thread, or causes it to get all mangled inside the bobbin area. Any advice for us both?
The only issues that can cause that to happen is timing, needle bar depth, or pittman rod needs to be adjusted. Most of the time it's the needle bar depth. I have three videos on that topic: Bobbin issues: ua-cam.com/video/GuWxdsxmX_c/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/YjdcY2ppxxM/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/VagtDdcenwI/v-deo.html

I thought it was about time to cowboy up and get some more video's out!!
David Ody I noticed that pinch prob and pushed the foot to my left with my hand, now there is a good space/gap, but the thread still breaks.
The only issues that can cause that to happen is timing, needle bar depth, or pittman rod needs to be adjusted. Most of the time it's the needle bar depth. I have three videos on that topic: Bobbin issues:

Mainely Acres Fantastic. Thank you very much. If I can’t fix it, I’ll set up a video session.
Hello, I have an issue with getting the thread to go through my leather while sewing and was willing to have a one on one session with you to fix that problem. Please let me know what to do.

Hello sir,
I followed every step and I watched like 100 videos about this but my problem is , that the machine is sewing on the same spot again and again, like the same hole and it doesn’t want to go forward. I’m 17 and I don’t have enough money to repair the machine. If anyone could help me , I would be so thankful...I’m very frustrated now :/
Try adjusting your stitch length screw, it might be adjusted to far out or to close together.
here comes the flood of noob questions on our facebook page LOL
