    1) No too much gaps in meals
    2) Start day with water and overnight soaked raisins - black
    3) Poha (flattened rice ) - mid meal - Soaked and drained, add dahi, kaala/rock salt, pounded chilli. (11 am or 4 pm)
    4) Gulkand (from banaras or rajasthan ) 😀- mix with water. Post dinner

    1. Start your day with (black) overnight soaked raisins.
    2. Eat soaked poha with dahi and kala namak as a 11 AM or 4-6 PM snack.
    3. Sun cooked rose petals with sugar. (10:00)

I hve been suffering from acidity since I don't know how long, I don't even eat spicy n oily food.     I have too much acidity problem that I get burning 🔥 sensation with itching all over my body from head to toe. I am eating soaked raisins since some months as my mom told me to do. Along with raisin, I soak fennel seeds and saakar too as per my mom’s suggestions. Does it help ?
    I eat gulkand also 2-3 times in a day. Will try drinking in water too.
    Thanks for your suggestion. Could you please suggest how to avoid acidity or possible reasons to have serious acidic problems ?

    Thanks a lot for your explanation i have query black raisins must be seedless or with seed. Some one said don't have dahi sour due to acidity if want to have dahi then have fresh which should not be sour it should be sweet like put it in milk in the morning and have it in the afternoon. Please advice

    After coming back from school this was my staple snack....dahi poha and sugar...thanda thanda...or sabudana, coconut, banana, sugar and cold milk mixed...I adored it...then little playing time for 1 hour and study

      Poha is beaten rice. I think u shld get it where u live. It is also prepared as a savoury snack. Just Google and u will get a lot of recipes.

    Ma’am, request you to please make a video on diet for people suffering from Laryngopharyngeal reflux. All advise and diet available online are completely for western residents and nothing for us Indian people. There’s lot of research on what helps for this condition from western countries and but none to us. Please your research and suggestion on this would really help

    Hello. Thank u so much for spreading the wellness around. I have a question I am pre diabetic and have PCOD too. I am on no sugar to regulate my insulin so sipping on gulkand water be advisable or not. Also with munakka I am not sure could I take it or not in prediabetic and PCOD.     मॅम तुमचे व्हिडिओज खूपच छान असतात. मला hyperacidity आहे . सकाळी काहीही खाल्ले की आंबट पाणी वर येते सध्या पोटाच्या वरच्या भागात मध्ये दुःखात राहते. सकाळी पाणी पियाली की वर आल्यासारखं होत राहतं. आग आग वाटते पोटात. डोक सतत दुःखात राहतं. चक्कर येते. मी pan D 40 tablet घेते . Hypweracidity मला गेले 25 वर्ष आहे. सध्या काहीही खावेसे वाटत नाही. काही उपाय सांगाल का प्लीज?
