Thanks for this video. It was very informative. I have osteoarthritis of the knees and spine. I have been eating fresh parsley and coriander/cilantro in my salads and smoothies. This, along with organic tumeric, seamoss, and other supplements, including magnesium, reduced my symptoms by about 90%. I also do daily masssage with magnesium oil on the affected areas. I do soak my feet with Epsom salt. I no longer consider knee replacement. Eating healthy foods ( excluding night-shades vegs) and exercise will reduce symptoms and aid natural weight loss. Gabapentine and other medications did not help me.

Not sure what type of arthritis i have. Its all over my body and taking Turmeric and drinking my ginger lemon & honey every morning didnt help either. I just never get sick. I found tomatoes to be the best relief so far. I take a calcium magnesium supplement already. Ill have to check what type of magnesium. I couldn't walk for a bit there without severe pain and now that i eats tomatoes every week several times its so much better. Some weeks i don't notice anything. That tomatoes in a salad or i make a red sauce with canned tomatoes. It all works the same. I think im going to start a food journal and try different foods to find out how i should eat to beat this curse of inflation. I want it 100% gone.
Oh i also enjoy those cherry tomatoes as a snack. And not sure if it helps much but i add cinnamon to the coffee grinds when i make coffee. Ive tried just about everything

Always great to educate about the importance of magnesium and all minerals. However, when discussing food sources high in magnesium, you mostly show plant sources. And yet, you’re refer to bone marrow injections in mice that improved inflammatory markers and also state that testing for magnesium levels can be inaccurate because most magnesium is stored in our muscle, bone and other tissues. So the same would be for animals correct? Therefore actually eating meat…muscle tissue…..and bone marrow broth will be the best source of magnesium and other minerals. When I became a carnivore, my heart palpitations stopped and muscle camps stopped as well as many other benefits. Also, dietary fiber has been shown to bind with minerals, particularly grain fiber. As we age, a lifetime of poor diet makes our intestinal health more and more unable to properly process food and provide the nutrients to be absorbed. Better diet, better gut health and nutrient absorption at any age!

The problem with recommendation of consuming plants like nuts, seeds, grains for magnesium is they contain high amounts of antinutrients which bind with minerals, including magnesium. If a mineral is bound to an antinutrient, humans can NOT access it. The binding is because the PLANT (as a seed aka nut aka grain) wants those nutrients for themselves, to grow into another plant instead of being nutrition for an animal.

Not an Ayurveda specialist, but too much lemon raises pitta dosha, which can cause imbalances and therefore disease.

When I’ve got insomnia I was deficient in magnesium, potassium and other minerals.
Unfortunately my doctor did not take a blood test even though I couldn’t sleep at all
Was prescribed sleeping pills and benzodiazepines not knowing how dengerous they r
My brain’s chemistry got screwed /
After when landed in hospital blood test was taken - I didn’t even have salt in my bloodstream

MgCl2 (Magnesium Chloride) is by far the best absorbed magnesium (~100%) if you ingest it... but it has to be well diluted in water to be well absorbed N.B. Very little is absorbed if you apply it via the skin

MgCl2 is fast acting and well absorbed.
      Mg-Citrate is highly bio-available.
Mg-Citrate (~400 mg/day Mg) gives you more Mg than Mg chloride (normally taken

Thank you Dr.Jeffrey Peng. It is a highly informative content, besides it is so easy to add these in our diet.
I have two doubts, that needs your answer, as I have full belief in you sir.
1)What is your Perspective on N-STRIDE AUTOLOGOUS PROTEIN SOLUTION injection for knee?
As the regenerative specialists are saying it is effective than PRP or GFC, as the N-stride contains proteins and it removes the negative cytokines in the knee.
2)What is Platelet Rich stroma (PRS) treatment which is a combination therapy of PRP & SVF(Stroma Vascular Fraction)?
Is this PRS effective than PRP or GFC alone?

Gluten may hurt the gut lining so less nutrients absorb like Mg etc.. Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye...oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten...is a grass. Hidden gluten in nuts not sold in the shell/meat basting/some spices/air/lotions/gluten free food/food with a label etc.. may hurt.
