If you aligned the solar arrays along the suns axis of rotation and only let the script control the one rotor along that axis, the movement would probably be a lot cleaner. The sun rotates along the Y axis, so just add a waypoint way down that axis and point the array so it can revolve around that axis.
With the Automaton's update it's no longer necessary. You can have it do it automatically without fiddling with scripts.
Better than the theater. Just love those timelapse 😊
Nice work. Love the time lapse builds.
loved this whole thing

Awesome series, good work. I like your designing. Looking for new SE 😁
It would be more interesting and harder if you had some kind of PvE.
Man definitely should have played with colors and textures on the base. Would have made it pop so much more than this eggshell that blends in with asteroids. Amazing work on the build tho! Hope to see an update on it maybe someday!
good job, you're awesome!
Awesome stuff. Some unique builds there, good to see 👍
For those of you wondering why he doesn't using a Welder Ship. Welder Ships while Faster at welding are very awkward to control in smaller spaces. It's far easier to get into tight spaces with your engineer to weld stuff. And welding is pretty fast with an Elite Welding tool.
Why put jump drives in a station intersecting voxels? Just design?
are you making more episodes on x foundations or even Starbase from frozenbyte? its also a spaceship and spacestation building game, the skyscrappers in the city in the moon even have full interior
Hi can you do a tour of the station
Hey, great vid! Cpuld you please tell me what mods ur using?
why add jump drives at the end, if your base is in the astroid to?
looks cool! lot of space tho. lot of running from area to area. what does a station need jump drives for?
Movement. If they aren't attached to vowels, then stations are technically still Large Ships.
I always make my stations movable, with jump drives being the main propulsion system.
Are you using the projector block for the shield or is that a actual shield mod?
Steam workshop maybe?
what mods/scripts did you use to help you. you no doubt used the nanobot mod to help weld but what else?
You should link your wolds file to this video for the se workshop.
can you share world
Only fifteen comments?
Couldn't have done something simple for education could you? Had to make it painful mate, for anyone looking for the actual answer, this base is attached to the fixed astroid, and that is how the base is staying in place, it's just a station, not exactly free floating in space
