For all of you trying keto or carnivore- don’t give up- it took me a LONG ass time for my body to kick in and even then it was slow as molasses in winter- if you’re really unhealthy or insulin resistant- it may take you a very long time to show results- stay with it😊
@@Saynothing869 I didn’t feel well with fasting- it took me a long time to get to the point where I was comfortable to do intermittent fasting - I had to build up to it. Fasting is going to give you the best results but you have to be careful not to rebound coming off them. For me, there was an emotional contributing factor to food so I’d fast but there was always a price to pay. I’ve learned to just go easy with my body and mind. Keto/carnivore really is the best way to eat for me and you WILL see results you just have to stay with it- don’t expect instant results- it has to be something you can live with.
No potato, please, due to incredible high amount of carbohydrate. At least if you are pre diabetic or diabetic. Most people are diabetic, have insulin resistance, but they don't know. Insulin resistance means that your pancreas are constantly being pushed to the limits to keep your glucose levels normal, but with time it will break, and when this happens, you're just F***** ⚠️
If you can't have cheese, I really like Cloud Bread for sandwiches, it's egg whites whipped and cream cheese or yogurt mixed with the yolks folded in. Really good

@@Little_Croissant Are you keeping track of your calories? Another question is if you are fasting aswell. I would suggest combining keto with fasting, I personally do keto and OMAD(One Meal A Day)

Breakfast immediately after, as always, I drink a protein shake. 200 calories. I walk about a mile for lunch, 30 mins. After lunch, the only thing I have is another protein shake. 200 calories. I come home and walk another 15 mins on the treadmill. Same as the morning. Dinner immediately after my walk around 5:30 pm. Dinner is always broccoli with chicken or steak. I fast from dinner to the next morning and repeat my routine. I'm sitting around 600 to 700 calories a day, is my guess. I was told I should aim for 2000 calories a day. I'm down 3 pant sizes, and I feel great. Exclusively drink water. Today, I started using the dumbells I bought. It's new to me but I enjoy it much more than the walks. I was excited to start using them and made my walk today cake because I was excited for the Dumbells. I hope the feeling continues! Tbh, I'm addicted. I absolutely hate the walks, but once I make it to 7 minutes, it pushes me to get to 15.

There were about 3 to 4 weeks of falling off due to being sick and an injury on my arm that made lifting unbearable. I'm eating about 400 to 500 calories a day. I also changed protein drinks. I'm now on Premier Protein. Only 160 calories, and it can be used as creamer if you're a coffee drinker. I'm not a coffee guy, but I tried it once, and it's delicious. Also! I updated my activities bit. Wake up at 5:35am, and I'm on the treadmill at 5:40am. Treadmill at 9 to 15 incline, depending on how I feel. At speeds of 2.5 to 3.4. 1 mile of walking during lunch. An hour of walking after work or treadmill if it's too cold outside. Lifting every other day. I feel great and had to buy new clothes due to my shirts being way too big. Weekends I double everything. If it isn't cold I walk about 2.5 to 3 miles. 2.5 to 3 miles for lunch. 2.5 to 3 miles around 4pm. Lifting stays the same! Also, keep an eye on your potassium! I overdid it twice and almost passed out. 😅 Premier Protein offers potassium among over vitamins and minerals!

Can you make a bunch of these like for the week on Sunday and freeze and reheat them. I work Monday thru Friday 6am to 6pm and usually wake up at 3 or 3:30 to run or lift then go straight into work. So no time to cook before work. But damn these look great
I am 100% Carnivore and do use some dairy, there are so many wonderful recipes for meat and egg waffles and chaffles. We go through so many healing stages our bodies know exactly what it wants. I eat zero fiber we cannot digest, it stinks rotting in our intestines.

I played it back several times, I had just changed over watching a video making oaks parfait for breakfast or a snack it was so nice of them to put the printed recipe and the Comet section as you left one. I’m not too good going through and back-and-forth trying to find recipes but I did notice a comment or someone said you put cornstarch in your batter I did not see it mentioned, so I was wondering if I need to put the cornstarch and how much. Will be breaking out my little Dashers.😊

Keep in mind cheese slices have 2 g of carbs each, you can offset it by adding a little fiber, like a little psyllium to the chaffles or to a keto coffee smoothie.
I just tried this and it’s sooo good. I added slices of tomatoes instead of the Kraft cheese. It was delicious

If you like the taste of American go for something like guda. I like munster. Munster tast Like American and mazerela had a baby and melts great.

Looks yummy. Try sliced hard cheese to get rid of the vegetable oil in that American cheese and you'll notice a big difference over time.
