Thank you for sharing your story Mary; I am just over one year free from nicotine (cigarettes for years, followed by vaping for years). This programme and people like you have helped me escape the slavery of nicotine. Thank you all so much - it’s so lovely to be in the clean club with you all. If an unexpected expense comes up now, I don’t fret - I just say to myself, « I can cover that with my (present & future) nicotine savings » ❤ Thank you again x

You can quit smoking for 20 years like Mary did, but unless you learn how to quit properly by changing the way you feel about smoking, your craving mind can sneak up on you anytime.
I’ve been smoke free for 13 months and going strong! 💙

@@JewessChrstnMystic Yes, there was some. The physical withdrawal takes 5-7 days to subside. For me, it was only 3 or 4 days.
It’s important to know the difference between withdrawals and cravings. Prior to becoming educated with this program, I thought the cravings were physical withdrawals. Nope, surprisingly nicotine addiction is 80% mental and 20% physical. This program helps you break the mental addiction through its 4 stage process. It essentially re-wires your brain through cognitive behavioral therapy to first change your relationship to nicotine so that you lessen the desire to smoke, and thus making quitting nicotine easy.
Trust me, I smoked for 40 years and I’ve tried everything to quit. This method is by far the best method, because it’s the only quit method that addresses the mental addiction. I refer to my quit as the EASIEST thing I never THOUGHT I could do. I’ve been free from smoking for over 18 months now and it feels as though I’ve never smoked.
      I hope this helps. 😊

Since I started to eat fish chicken and turkey I cut down on cigars I gained a little more weight about 5lbs. In a month I still workout for occupying my cravings

I'm getting more ready because of this video. It seem that I need to want it more and just try. I get discouraged easily and smoke because of it.
