I 3D printed it. There are tons of models on Thingiverse if you want to print your own. But if no printer, you could either buy on Etsy or make your own from wood. There are also a good chunk of videos on UA-cam for making a dowel jig.

What degree is that bevel cut?
30 degrees on each piece. 360/6 angles/2 cuts per angle.
What was the degree of angle you cut them in?
