    I love her! I started doing yoga with this video, trust me when I say it was hard finding a good yoga video. I did this video for four months (Monday- Friday this video) from June to September and lost almost 30 lbs. STAY CONSISTENT like she says. I went from 194 to 168, I wasn’t able to do side planks because is was too much weight on my arms, on the third month I challenged myself and I was able to do it. I also added resistant bands. I’ve reached out to her on Instagram and she really does take the time to answer your questions. I hope to one day meet her, she is amazing ❤️

      I have started following this routine from today. I am a new mom to a six months old baby. I want to get rid of my mummy tummy. Hope I will get results. Much love form India. You are the best Senela. Will update my results after 2 months.

      Your post was so encouraging. This is day 2 of me getting back into yoga after not doing it for almost a year. I started feeling bad about my body and after praying about it, I was lead back to yoga and found this video. It is perfect! Not too over the top but still works the body. Beautiful!     From 90 Kg stressful teen I challenged myself to change as of toxic parents I could not do any exercise not allowed to go outside but I accepted the challenge and went to 80 kg of weight and my aim is to reduce it to 60 kg just give me your blessings all the beautiful girls and angels around me

    I love all of her videos. She acknowledges the fact that everybody has different ranges of motion so everybody can't do what some have perfected. And I love that she reminds you to ' listen to your body" Some of these yoga instructors move so fast so I find her video.

    So glad Ifound this video! I've been putting off exercising for quite a while. The tone of her voice & background music is very conducive to a sense of calm. I have a weak core so I will definitely stick with this routine.

    this was great! I need to make sure I do this at least 4 times a week so I can see a difference. I have been trying to work on flattening my stomach for a long time but due to my inconsistency, I've never seen results. This time I really want to take it seriously :-)

      Literally I just found this video and I'm hooked. I ave challenge with consistency. I've found the formula to stay consistent.
      Set a schedule
      Ask a friend to be ur accountability partner
      Try it 3 times a week for a mnth
      Then 4times a week for a mnth
      Then 5times a week for a mnth
      By this times ur body is in a habit
      Therefore you can jump into other workout routines that you always want to.
      I personally gonna start doing this yoga. I never do yoga before.

    I have been doing this daily for 5 days and already improved my strength in the planks and range of movement in the crunches. Now my aim is to sit cross legged, my 55 year old hips do not like that.... yet 🧘‍♀️

    First I want to thank you! This video has transformed my body. I have 2 children, my youngest just turned 1 and have my body back to when I was married! Everyone has noticed! I have been doing yoga daily for about 2 years now but this has really targeted the abdominal strength which is what I needed. My question is do you have a similar video that is intermediate? I love this workout but I am feeling that after 1 month I need more of a challenge. I like to stay with the same instructor, and yes, I have shared your videos with every female that compliments my body.

    Just did this video first time this morning. I really like your style..your voice is very calming. I have gained some weight over the past 2 years and I've been in a terrible mindset, trying to get back on track and staying there has been a challenge. All my joints hurt and any workout I do (like I used to..hard core) just is not good for my body anymore. I'm going to challenge myself to stay consistent with these videos. Thanks a bunch!

    These videos are great. I've been following a couple of them, rotating between them on different days and I am already seeing and feeling some results after only a few weeks. Most of the videos are only 15-30 minutes in length so it doesn't require a huge time commitment, they're pretty easy to follow and you get a great work out.

    You are awesome Sanela. Ive been searching numerous of exercise videos on youtube but couldn't find something that would make me commit. Finally came across your routines and I've been practicing for the past 2 months. Ive lost weight by doing your workout combined with the "Strong, Sexy Arms with Sanela" routine and must say that my upper body is more sculpted and defined (apple shape body).     I am consistently doing this for 1 week now, honestly i see results. my shoulder getting toned, stong arms, tighter core. this is really helping me. I will update the progress next week too.
    this is really grt i almost lost 3kg in 3 weeks ( healthy foods only)......i really appreciate this video
    a little update lost 1.6 kgs in 17 days doing this every single day (slow metabolism person). really appreciate this routine

    I’m struggling to keep my core right and breathe at the same time ....any tips on how to do this

      Firstly for your wrists, check Jen Hilman's video about stretching hands and arms.That will help you a lot. Maybe you have too much tension in your wrists and arms.
      Secondly, you need to take it slowly if you are having hard time keeping up with Sanela's tempo. So, learn the moves first. Pause the video if you want. Do your sets slowly. If you can't squeeze your abs and breathe then try it later. After a while you will feel more comfortable. The key to being fit or flexible is taking baby steps.

    You talk really too much, it’s a little annoying. It would be nicer if you just give instructions and let people enjoy the flow without all the bla bla bla bla
    Especially when I do this early morning, it’s too much talking

I've been notorious for being quite clumsy and stumbling a lot, but now I actually noticed that I carry my head a little higher and my confidence levels have reached higher than they've ever been.     I usually don't feel any bond to the internet trainers, of course they're all positive, but sometimes it comes off a bit forced and overenthusiastic to me, however you ma'am feel so real, warm and kind that it's a pleasure to spend time with you even online :) And I have to say that also the motivational talk doesn't seem to work for me that much, but I remember one sentence you said I some other video of yours - "take yourself seriously". It has really stuck with me and i think about it very often and try to instill it in every sphere of my life. You're great, thank you so much

    I've been doing this every other day since February, alternating with a HIIT video, and I've gotten good results, but I seem to have hit a plateau. Some days I can do a full side plank the first time through, other days I can't. Do I just need to be patient? It's been that way for a couple of months. Should I be taking rest days, and if so, how often? Also, I can't do lotus and doubt if I ever will be able to. What should I do during the initial breathing exercises? Thanks, love this video.

      I would recommend be patient with yourself with time and consistency your body will get stronger and you will be able to hold long periods of time in each posture when needed. Lotus pose needs to be consistently practiced as your hips,your knees,ankles your lower back opens up this posture will as well.
      Make sure you always breathe and relax your body,let go judgment be patient and gentle with yourself as you are becoming the best version of you. Sending positive and healing energy. Namaste 🙏🏻 🤍

    Hello sanela! I have just started this workout and have never done yoga before! I am 8months postpartum and trying to strengthen core and flatten tummy. I started this one last week, just wanted to know if doing this 5x a week is enough or shall I do more of your videos? And how long till I see the effect? 😊 x

      keep doing this video mamasss it works amazing i have a very tiny waist and flat tummy i feel as if my body is so strong i reccomend keep doing this same video
