Got my Ninebot ES4 Dec 2019,had a Swagger 5-T before it etc. I'm loving my ES4 i go for about 170lbs & scooter tops out @ 20+mph Have NOT maxed out the range straight out yet, however I've ridden over 18 miles without a charge in one shot and still had 65% battery left So do the math Paid $800 through affirm / Segway-Ninebot It's worth spending the extra money and getting e/scooter that's that's reliable every time you boot it up and it has longevity Good luck!!!

Well there is Two diffrent modes in the kick scooter imperial an metric system if you don’t have it on the metrics I whould put that on if it is there well then I don’t know
Did you buy this? I hope not. Hard tyres are really bad for comfort and safety. Please do yourself a favour and buy something with 10inch tyre minimum and air tyre.

Hi Phil, I truly like using my ES4 but I am dissapointed with one issue. The clamp folding mechanism is problematic by mine. You can't even put a sheet of paper inn between the brake and the folded upper body. What ends up happening is, it scratches the upper body. So my scooter has scratched off paint on the inner side. It just sucks. Did you also experience this?
Sure you can! It doesn't matter if the motor is in the front wheel, you can just swipe it out ( but for doing this you have to disassemble most of the scooter, and void the warranty if you are doing it by yourself, because you have to void the warranty seal to disassemble it )
Hi I bought a es4 knowing nothing about it. And I found out after I bought it (2nd hand) that it has already done 355 kms in total. Is this too high? How high can the mileage go before it starts wearing out? Can’t find my answer on google. Wondering if I got ripped off🤔
Neeeva I honestly don’t know how u even know what the miles are? Mine doesn’t have a mile indicator. The scooter will go as long as the battery charges for as I know.
I ordered mine off amazon and I'm trying to pair the device with the phone app and when it starts to pair it tells me to hit the power button on the ES4 scooter which turns it off ? Please please please help me. Customer service is a joke with segway. I got mine yesterday and I'm fearing its broken

Simply only range difference due to the add-on battery on es4

The es1 turns into the es3 with extra battery and the es2 turns into es4 with extra battery
I got the new version e25 it's way better than the old version 💯
Buy e45e so u get more range and power
Only downside is it tops out at 25 km/h, my ES2 topped out at 28 km/h and after I added the battery (ES4), 31 km/h.

NightFrost yes it’s still working well, a few screws come loose from time to time on the bottom but for the most part it’s good to go.

Mine will not pair with blue tooth. I have a galaxy s9. I'm scheduling to return mine. Personally think that this product is terrible.

Grim Reaper yup, it’s working good, the screws that hold on the handle bar need to be tightened every week, especially if u use it a lot.
