question good sir we can never get the app connected to the scooter so is there a way that you can show how to connect it we tried to scan the QR code and it said connection not found

I think I would check that you've got the right app first, secondly, I think I only used the bluetooth connection feature. So I would try that route as well.

I’m having hard time even charging this thing. The charger is green and the scooter won’t even turn on. I might return this if problems persist!

@@MicromobilityIndustries I contacted the NIU store in my city even though I bought it from Best Buy and they told me they had a lot of reports about the battery being bad for recent shipments so they will fix it under warranty.
