I emailed A guy from Castrol and he told me, these K20's will run any oil as long as it premium fully synthetic. He recommended 0w 40 as the ultimate protection - Honda's recommend grade via the Honda oil selector is 5w 40. Castrols own oil selector states 5w 30 LL - for me considering its high mileage I'd go 5w 40. Personally I wouldn't run a 'race oil' as they are designed for track use and can often during the harsh winter months have inferior oil flow. I'd hedge my bets on 5w 40 Castrol edge. If you want to add race oil perhaps do 3 litres of 5w 40 Castrol edge and top of with a litre or so NanoTech of matching grade.

Just bought myself a red fn2 GT with 60k miles from copart for £1900 few weeks ago

@@HondasAreNotForChristmas wow that's really something, but did they were damaged or something? Coz I checked prices and it cost from 3k it depends on mileage,when I bought mine it was really looked after its deep bronze pearl with gp kit and 19 alloy wheels
@@arunly9061 yeah were damaged, the 60k one had a bent bonnet, broken top grill and d/s headlight, looked like it nudged the back crash bar of a lorry, not bad to be fair. The 76k one had a soft push from the back the bent the tailgate skin. I do body repair and painting so suits me to get ones like that lol

Standard exhaust with holes in it 🤣 it’s got a scorpion cat back on it now 👍🏻
