I had hideous problems with my legs. I can’t even get my legs straight so this is gonna be a real tester to see how well this works for someone who can’t even stand on their heel. Currently holding a stretch now
It takes days or more to master a split, but if you want to get your splits quicker then i recommend stretching every day untill you finnally get your splits. But dont push your self to much because you could get hurt. So take your time..please, it is possible to get you splits in one day but safety first. I love the vid btw im gonna stretch and watch this vid everyday until i get my splits. Thanks i gave it a 👍
Well I was already a flexible person, not able to do a split. After this I can say I’ve made progress but it definitely doesn’t work in only a day unless your already really flexible. I’m gonna do this everyday so I’ll report back every day and see how long it takes to get my splits Day 2: I was really sore from yesterday but pushed through I didn’t get much progress at all compared to yesterday I only got about an inch closer let’s see what happens tomorrow Day 3: I was pretty sore today and decided to take a break I’ll try tomorrow Day 4: was feeling a lot better today and got about an inch closer
believe me, everybody knows that it will not work for beginners if you are flexible it will work in 1 day, but if you are a beginner it will take time like few days but it works
So ima try dis everyday till I get my splits , closest I’ve gotten to my right leg forward splits was about 2 inches but I haven’t tried them for a long time: Day 1: So I tried my splits after just waking up and I’m about 6 inches off the ground 😬, after the stretching I was around 4 inches off the ground but still not where I was before Day 2:

Here is a tip for you guys! If your extremely not flexible its okay just do your best to push yourself to the full extent without injury. I promise in less than 2 days you will be down!

Like good tips and close up views a bit to see where you put your leg
Jennifer Ogiye well tbh she stretches probably everyday so shes flexible if u actually STRETCHED everyday u can get that aswell i know its strange but yh it works. Things only work if you put effort into it. Not just doing nothing wont help

Even if you’re not all the way flat, do you notice the exercises start to become a little easier? That in and of itself is great progress!
