      It worked with me too after one year I didn't do these stretches that often so I think I could have gotten it much faster if did it 4 times a week or sth

      Gacha Queena yes but she meant as if this is the fastest way to get the splits, and it is because I've got my splits from this video I just keep doing the splits in order not to lose it, so keep positive it's alright just watch this and copy her everyday.

    The way I learned is much easier..
    STEP 1: walk onto a wet floor
    STEP 2: Do a split
    Note* this will be very painful so there may be screaming

    It honestly works! Been doing this after my workouts 3 to 4 times a week sometimes I would slack but we are a few months later and I can do the splits! Thank you! The other video on middle splits is also very effective I can feel my hips getting more and more flexible I can turn my feet now while I could bearly hold myself in the beginning. Flexibility is LIFE and she gave it to me. thanks again!!!!

    Thank you Super Sister Fitness for this video. I was able to learn the front splits properly (right left forward) by following this video five days a week. I was able to do it within 2 months. Now I will work on my left leg forward splits. 😀

    Finally Someone Actually Tells People That You Need Patience!!!!
    All the other videos that I have watch they said “HOW TO GET YOUR SPLITS IN ONE DAY” That’s like physically impossible unless you are extremely weird.

    This is the only tutorial that actually almost got me to my split, l can do it on the bed but it's painful, l can only do it on the bed and not the ground since the bed is soft and l just started doing her tutorial today but lm almost on my full split ❤️I won't be able to do the stretches Monday and Tuesday since l'll be at school but l'll do this again today until lm able to do them this week 🎉thankyou you really helped me get my split

    Here is a tip I use this
    Do this on a bed
    Then once you get your splits on the bed
    Go to the floor and you should slide right down
    Thank me later🤙

    Day 1. LOL! I am a 66 year old man. Starting out at 80 lbs over weight. Note: I have been doing beginning Yoga with Julia Jarvis for about three weeks. I am showing great improvement in my over all body. Down 10 lbs. I am getting great core strength. I am starting to get flexibility back into all of my body. Shoulder pain and lower back pain has disappeared! I am committed to completing this task. I will get down to my correct body weight. I will do the splits! I have set the goal. It will take about 18 months. The most important point that you said in this video!
    “If I can do it, you can do it!” I say. “NEVER GIVE UP!
    I will keep all of you informed.

    Most of my friends were able to do splits so I was desperate to learn it I went through at least a 30 videos but None of them helped me but thanks to Super Sister Fitness I can do my splits Now

    4 years ago my friends would always do gymnastics and I was pretty good at gymnastics, but their favourite gymnastic move was the splits. I wasn't able to do that, so I looked up "How to do the Splits" and then this vid was the first vid that popped up. I listened to her speech at the start and was shocked by how long it will take me to get there, but I tried and tried and tried, and 3 weeks later I finally got there!! 4 years later, I lost the splits. I remembered how this video helped me, so I did that every single day. I got so frustrated bc I wasn't going anywhere and it's been 2 weeks. I took a deep breath and continued to try my best. I FINNALY got there, thanks to this video, I can make the hip hop team!! Tysm;

      @@praharshithan7267 because your body is naturally more flexible and you are able to learn positions much more easily before you reach full height! So she is probably wondering for reference

    This is a good video it works cause I’m about 8 weeks in (but I do it mostly everyday) and I’m sooooo close to the splits I’m like maybe 10cm away from the ground. It’s amazing! And like what Liz said in the start of the video “Patient” and that right just be patient and you’ll get your splits😁!

    When we were in quarantine I decided that I would try and learn my splits. I watched and did this video 2 times a day for 6 months now I can finally do my splits and I am proud of myself.

    I’m gonna edit this everyday:
    Day 1: it hurts real bad
    Day: 2 still hurts but I’m learning on how to hole the stretch
    Day 4: still hurts but I can see a every small difference
    Day 5I’m getting closer guys!
    Day 8: I missed a few days so It might affect it
    Day 9: still the same but I’ll keep going
    Day 10: getting closer but not as close as I want
    Day 11: I can stretch further than before
    Day 12: getting closer and easier to stretch
    Day 16: (skipped few days cus same results) I’m getting really close
    Day 17: legs hurt but no joke I’m so close!! Day 18: I’m kinda at square one again bc I had stopped due to a lot of work, but It will b much faster to get back 💕💕 I have hope!!!
    Day 20: stretching is alright
    Day 24: I’m getting close (again) 😂 Day 27: GUYS!! I took all your advice in the comments and I’m closer than before!!! I’m doing twice a day!!!
    Day 30: GUYS I HAVE MY SPLITS 😭☺️ don’t give up the way I did, I stopped for 2monthe but I managed, thanks everyone💕

      I literally, can even sit up strait without shooting pain going up my legsssss, literally my grandma who hasn’t stretched in like 30 years can touch her toes, and I didn’t stretch for 5 and I can even get to my ankle without pain!!!
