Ok, if anyone is wondering how Sofie got her legs behind her, it isn’t because her hips can go that far back, it’s because she inverted and went into an overstraddle, and then into a cobra. As a dancer, I can tell, because if you look where her knees are facing, they are facing down. Where in a straddle, your knees have to face upwards. I’m not taking away her flexibility at all, but if you were wondering how she did it, there is your answer :).

It's just Lexi Rivera was the part of a challenge earlier I mean everyone knew that she's gonna win but they pretend that don't know how flexible lexi is
She cheated on the split game I found the camera was off her she moved the legs on the other side so it looks like she's doing it her legs are down they should be up and she's doing the splits
Okay, I agree that she is indeed flexible, but, after 50 she was not being stretched any more, it was actually quite the opposite, because her toes from then onwards were facing down, so she basically passed the point were she was already not stretching but getting closer and closer to the "upward dog" or "cobra" (yoga pose) position, so from there it was actually easier for her, more she rotated the wheel. If her toes were facing upwards, then it would be harder and harder. However, credit to her, she's more flexible then I imagined the most flexible version of myself would be.
