Don't worry :) Your exactly the same as me! Maybe we can see who can get their splits first, resulting in us training harder :D Get in comfortable clothes, get some flavoured water next to you and just start stretching!

Guys, just practice! It took me months and months to learn a cartwheel because a girl teased me for it. Then I started training for the splits. It is very hard to so the splits if you have tight hamstrings though. I did it every day in my spare time for one or two months. Then I forgot about it for a bit. Then, I was an inch or so from the splits! Now I'm not even s centimetre from getting it! I can't get completely down because my thighs are large and get in the way. This is what I say: the bigger your legs, the more snacks you can fit on them XD
I used to do martial arts and they pushed my legs so i can do splits but i quit and i didnt do my splits for a while and i couldnt do them any more and now im here trying to do them again and i am dead on the inside 😪i hope dis helps

I just tried this and I feel that it already made a difference in my flexibility. I still can't do the splits but I bet I will be able to by the end of the week by watching your video. Thank you this video really helped me, and now when I learn I can dance something other than tap😂 (you don't need flexibility in tap) so thanks! This helped a lot.
It can take a while to get your splits, just keep doing the streches every other day until you got your splits. (remember to rest your mucsils) I hope you get your splits soon! :)❤

i did ballet for 6 1/2 years and while it did help my flexibility despite all the stretching I did and all those years of hard work, I never was able to do the splits. Hopefully this will help me finally get there.

I used to be extremely unflexible but by watching this video every day, I in about a week I got my perfect split! 💖💓😄😄 I just want to say, you might be really inflexible but you can change that a little every day and it's really not that hard. And trust me, the results will be worth it!

Definitely enroll in tumbling classes, now is a great time to start learning! I learned most of my flexibility skills super fast - I follow all my own workouts, as long as you put in the work, each skill takes only a short amount of time to learn 🎬👍

It just might work! I remember doing almost all of these exercises in high school dance class. Never had dance classes before and never had done the splits before. Hit the splits for the first time that year! Don't stop doing the exercises or the split because if you don't use it, you will lose it.
Try doing it at a different time of day! For example, many people are stiffer in the morning, because your muscles aren’t warmed up yet from post-sleep.

I used to be extremely unflexible but by watching this video every day, I in about a week I got my perfect split! 💖💓😄😄 I just want to say, you might be really inflexible but you can change that a little every day and it's really not that hard. And trust me, the results will be worth it!

it took me 2 weeks to do the splits from this video thank you so much but you have to remember.. always try and never give up! and it can be a bit annoying but at the end, you will make it :)

Wow this 5 minute video is better than a 20 minute yoga class to get to the splits. Seriously I made as much progress (if not more) than if I did that splits yoga session

I am 13 years old, and I want to be a gymnast. I can do a bridge, handstand, cartwheel , one handed cartwheel and I am getting better on my right splits. Definitely enroll in tumbling classes, now is a great time to start learning! I learned most of my flexibility skills super fast - I follow all my own workouts, as long as you put in the work, each skill takes only a short amount of time to learn 🎬👍

It just might work! I remember doing almost all of these exercises in high school dance class. Never had dance classes before and never had done the splits before. Hit the splits for the first time that year! Don't stop doing the exercises or the split because if you don't use it, you will lose it.

I’ve been doing these stretches for five weeks straight every day and haven’t improved in the slightest I think it’s just me at this point😅
Try doing it at a different time of day! For example, many people are stiffer in the morning, because your muscles aren’t warmed up yet from post-sleep.
