Hi Sweets and Beyond! Que orgullo boricua. El bacalaito is one of our national "cuchifrito" dishes or antojitos. He said he is based in Boqueron, which is located on the coast of Cabo Rojo. My paternal family, the Wiscovitch's are from there. I am so very proud of the ingenuity this puerto rican chap has so proudly and humbly shared with us your audience. Please continue to share folks that keep our traditional foods alive and thriving. Greetings from the Bronx, NY!

Brutal, me encanta!!! I love it so much!!! Cuando estabamos pequeños en PR nuestros padres nos llevaban al pueblo de Dorado en la carretera numero 2 y tenian algo similar. Yo soy de Cabo Rojo y nunca lo e visto en Boqueron pero lo entiendo por que hestado viviendo en Orlando 18 años. Que bueno, gracias por compartir el video....

Awesome! We were just in Ponce a few weeks ago for vacation! We went to Caja De Muertos on a catamaran cruise and another cruise to Culebra. We stayed right around the corner from that very same square you're standing at. I miss it already!

Hi. I didn't know you made videos in Puerto Rico. My husband is from there. We visited twice sense we married 10 years ago. I learned how to cook some Spanish dishes. I'm new to your channel and so glad I found you. You're easy and I can't wait to do more now for my husband. I'm wondering what city you are in. I so enjoyed eating like that while visiting. I love those too!😊 We live in Florida. My sister n law lives close to Carolina. 💕

My Sister Just Visited PRico And She Rented A House With 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Carport Thru Air BNB For Only 62.00 A Night In The Town Of Juncos. Very Cheap Vs. A Hotel.

oh I would love to have one of those! My abuelo used to make them not so big like this man but oh so yummy! He would use a wire hanger he stretched out to poke, slide and drain. Love love love bacalaitos!

See I can’t find Knorr seasoning in NC, when I do find it, I buy up a bunch. I like it better than Goya but I use it cause I need it for my recipes.
There's A Warehouse/Wholesalers Out Here In Brooklyn NY Called Jetro, Look Them Up, You Might Be Able To Buy The Knorr Directly From Them.
