    Sir problem ye hai ke sugar quite kaeney ke bad weight bhout loss ho jata hai and i am vegetarian to protein pura karna be challenge hi jata hai

      @@omsatya69 अगर आप सोचते है की सुगर से आपको प्रोटीन मिलता है तो आप ग़लत है । वेजीटेरियन लोगो के पास प्रोटीन सोर्स कम है पर फिर भी काफ़ी है। अगर आप चाहतें है कि मैं वेजीटेरियन प्रोटीन सोर्स पे वीडियो डालू तो कमेंट करे

    शुगर छोड़ के मुझे एक महीना हो गया है मुझे कोई थकावट नहीं लगती है बॉडी एनर्जेटिक लग रही है पर चेक करने पर मेरी शुगर फ्री ब्रेकफास्ट और पोस्ट मिल ज्यादा आ रही है ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है मैं बहुत स्ट्रिक्ट हूं मैं बिल्कुल मीठा नहीं लिया है 30-35 दिन से प्लीज बताइए क्या प्रॉब्लम हो सकती है

    But roj ghar ka jo vagitables hota he usme test keliye jo sugar milaya jata he o diet me khaya ja sakta he???

    Mujhe 5days ho gye sugar quit kiye huye koi weakness nh . Jb hm soch lete hain na nh khana to kuch nh hota pr jb ye sochte rhte hain k haye nh khaya to weakness lgti hai. Alternative hai fruits le skte hain

      Fruits with high glycemic index like mangoes and pineapple should be consumed less whereas khajur now a days are soaked in sugar syrup .

      very important question fruits are good but you need to choose it wisely . you cannot have 10 mangoes a day thinking it is just a friut.

      Very interesting the most common source of sugar in our life is tea and coffee, for past 10 years I haven’t taken sugar in my tea and coffee, also I avoid soft drinks, if we can reduce this three major source of sugar life will be mich better
