Fallen empires at the beginning of the playthrough: Stay out of our way and we might let you exist for a longer time. Fallen empires at the end of the playthrough: What is thy bidding your imperial highness?
Well, actually very little has changed for them. They existed in technological stagnation for thousands of years, ruled by bureaucracy that don't even remember what they're doing. All that have changed is for whom that bureaucratic apparatus now works.
In my last gigastructural playthrough the materialist fallen empire was pathetic in all 3 categories compared to me. Needless to say I was doing pretty well lol
The devs removed all the crisis requirements so all 3 standard crisis has a chance of triggering. They did this so that people can't game the system and predict which crisis is gonna strike.
No, this only changed it so that you have a much, MUCH higher chance of getting Unbidden, the easiest crisis, since it can appear 50 years before any other crisis can trigger.

Currently playing as a materialist pacifist empire. Had a determined exterminator and a fanatic purifier spawn near me. Ended up in constant wars early game. Mid game rolled no great khan, but opened the L gates and got the Grey Tempest. During that the Broken Clock event occurred right next to me and they ate the 5th strongest empire in the game. I personally now how it feels because I lost my son last year before he was born. Their are rainy days and sunny days. Believe in yourself. Believe in the future and the future will be bright.
Keep up. Thanks for your content I had to comment this because after I heard your last sentences I just had to thank you for all the entertainment you provided me while I was completely fckd. I watched your vids to calm down and to smile. I watched your vids while I was getting sober from amphetamine completely - I'm bout 3 months sober. Just thank you so much.
Your a wonderful person.
Thanks for all your hard work! Loving these long play-throughs!
I don't even play games like this. But watching Lathrix play is always entertaining somehow. Great content and great person. Thanks bud!
I don't normally make comments, but I want to help. I listen to you playing games while I am long walks across town and your long videos are perfect for it
I'm taking a break from playing Stellaris right now so this full playthrough really scratches the itch. Thanks, mate! This comment feeds the algorithm!
The unfortunate part of being the senate, You are the senate and 90% of all the accounted for firepower.
Then, a war in heaven started and the galaxy all joined my federation and we all were forced into war. Watched one FE take nearly 25% of the 1250 star galaxy when the Contingency arrived.
I have been forced to play more militarist than ever as a dedicated pacifist republic. 10/10 would do again.
Pacifists can actually be economic behemoths. That is *very* good for defensive wars.

Lathrix: I have brought peace, justice, and security to my new empire!

"Oh we are doomed" *nervous chuckle*
Lathrix loving strike-craft --> Me imagining masses of TIE Fighters hurtling towards his foes from his NOT-Star Destroyers imperial ships.
Lathrix, my guy... you put so much work into these videos and I make sure I try and watch every one... you're awesome
Another fun and captivating Story in an fascinating game! Keep it up, please. These are some videos I´m clearly looking forward for.
Been having a rough time recently but I'm able to watch these videos to relax
Always fantastic to see these full playthroughs they give me so many ideas for roleplaying my empires
Huzzah, great fun. Happy you are getting back to your stride, hope you manage to come to terms without any other misfortune...
Im sorry to hear you lost someone, it’s always tough. Hope you’re ok.
Wish you the best!
Well damn, I can't help but be impressed with the effort put in this.
Also, you call yourself the Breakers, but the galaxy was unified, clear misnomer.
